Researchers in leadership and executive coaching

Research Collaboration Invitation I am currently developing a research project at the intersection of strengths-based coaching, multicultural teams, and cross-cultural organizational behavior. The project is intended to evolve into one or more peer-reviewed international journal articles and includes theory development, scale development, and empirical validation. I am interested in connecting with researchers who have experience in academic publishing and expertise in areas such as: • Coaching psychology • Positive psychology and character strengths • Cross-cultural management • Multicultural teams • Psychometrics and scale development • Structural equation modeling (SEM) I am particularly looking for collaborators who are interested in contributing intellectually to the development of the research and participating in a genuine scholarly partnership leading to joint publications. Researchers with prior publication experience in international journals are especially welcome. If this aligns with your interests, I would be pleased to discuss the project further.
