Collaboration Opportunity – Cultural Adaptation and Norming of the Emotional Literacy Scale in Iran

Research Topic: Cultural adaptation, psychometric evaluation (norming), and validation of the Emotional Literacy Scale among the Iranian population. The data collection phase is finished, and we are currently at the manuscript preparation stage. Current Status: The dataset is complete, and the initial draft of the manuscript is in progress. We are now seeking collaborators to help finalize the paper for submission to an international journal. Collaboration Opportunities: We welcome colleagues with expertise in: Psychometrics and scale validation, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) – especially CFA and measurement invariance, Scientific writing and manuscript revision in English. Your specialized feedback and constructive suggestions to improve the theoretical framework, methodology, and discussion sections will be highly valued and appreciated. Authorship and Publication Costs: Authorship will be based on meaningful academic contributions following international ethical guidelines. However, due to severe financial and banking restrictions in Iran, our team is unable to cover any Article Processing Charges (APC) that may be required by the target journal. Therefore, we offer the following option: Any researcher who is willing to cover the full APC of the journal (upon acceptance) is welcome to join the author team as the fourth author on the paper. This arrangement ensures that the contributor receives a co-authorship position in exchange for their financial support, while also benefiting from the academic credit of a publication.
