Research Collaboration in Green HRM, ESG, AI, and Sustainability Management

I am open to international research collaboration in the broad area of management and organizational studies, especially Green HRM, ESG, sustainability, organizational behavior, AI-enabled management practices, digital transformation, innovation, and employee outcomes.

My contribution may include research idea development, theoretical framing, questionnaire development, PLS-SEM/MCDM analysis, manuscript drafting, results interpretation, and journal targeting. I have published multiple SSCI- and Scopus-indexed papers and welcome collaboration with researchers interested in high-quality empirical studies and journal publications.
