Challenges and Advances in Securing Deep Learning Models: A Comprehensive Review
The deep learning models have transformed many processes, making them make breakthroughs in tasks like image recognition, natural language processing, and automotive. Nevertheless, their implementation is full of security gaps that jeopardize their integrity and confidentiality as well as strength. In this paper, the recent progress on neural network security has been extensively reviewed as it is crucial to consider the security-related challenges including the adversarial attacks, data poisoning, and model inversion. We also conduct a review of the literature in an organized way to recognize common challenges and analyze the current defense algorithms, such as cryptographic methods, federated learning, and adversarial training. Moreover, the analysis of the state-of-the-art approaches, which is conducted in a different manner, shows the gaps and future areas of enhancing the security of DL. The proposed review will inform researchers and practitioners of the current changes in the threat sphere and the development of new innovative solutions to make deep learning systems deployment secure in the most important applications.
SympTextML: Leveraging Natural Language Symptom Descriptions for Accurate Multi-Disease Prediction
This research presents an AI-driven framework for multi-disease classification using natural language symptom descriptions, optimized through large language model (LLM) oriented preprocessing techniques. The proposed system integrates essential NLP steps text normalization, lemmatization, and n-gram vectorization to convert unstructured clinical symptom data into machine-readable form. A publicly available dataset comprising 8,498 samples across ten common diseases, including pneumonia, heart attack, diabetes, stroke, asthma, and depression, was used for training and evaluation. Data balancing and cleaning ensured uniform class representation with 1,200 samples per disease category. The processed dataset was subjected to supervised machine learning models, including SVM, KNN, Decision Tree, Random Forest, and Extra Trees, to identify the most effective classifier. Experimental results, conducted in Google Colab, showed that ensemble models (Random Forest and Extra Trees) significantly outperformed the others, achieving 99% accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-scores, while SVM and Decision Tree followed closely with 98% performance across metrics. Notably, the models consistently predicted pneumonia with high confidence for relevant input queries , validating the framework's robustness. This work demonstrates the efficacy of integrating LLM-compatible preprocessing with traditional ML classifiers for accurate disease detection based on symptom narratives. The proposed approach serves as a foundational step toward developing scalable, intelligent healthcare support systems capable of real-time disease prediction and decision-making assistance.

Fuzzy Logic and Genetic Algorithm Framework for Modelling Sustainable Customer Behaviour and Product Pricing in E-Commerce
E-commerce dynamic product pricing frequently puts profit maximisation ahead of sustainable customer preferences, which results in lost opportunities to match corporate strategy with environmental responsibility. The hybrid fuzzy logic–genetic algorithm (FL–GA) framework proposed in this study simulates sustainable consumer behaviour and adjusts product pricing appropriately. While the genetic algorithm maximises prices to strike a balance between profitability and the likelihood of a sustainable purchase, fuzzy logic evaluates sustainability affinity, price sensitivity, and purchasing habits to capture the inherent uncertainty in customer purchase decisions. The system's efficiency has been shown by experiments conducted on e-commerce datasets sourced from Kaggle, which yielded an 18.6% increase in profit margin, a 92.4% likelihood to make sustainable purchases, and an R2 score of 0.982. These results outperformed baseline models such as support vector regression, random forest, and linear regression. The findings demonstrate that pricing strategies that incorporate sustainability considerations can produce better environmental and commercial results. This framework offers e-commerce platforms a scalable, data-driven strategy to gain a competitive edge and advance their worldwide environmental objectives.

Strategies for employee retention
Work places are second to home, where every employee wants to build strong relation and depend on each other. Organizations should ensure that employees are delighted to work with and should build a long career with the organization so that mutual growth can be ensured. This is only possible when employees in the organizations are retained for long durations. Attrition is much these days because of many reasons. To curtail attrition organizations are striving a lot to design the relevant strategies. This paper highlights what attrition is and its causes, importance of retention, and the strategies to be adopted by the organizations to improve retention of employees in the organization.

An Analysis on Attritional Factors in the IT and ITES Organizations
In the IT & ITES sector, human resources are crucial resources. Indian organizations are dependent on crucial resources very much. The Indian IT & ITES companies are hiring nearly 300 personnel every working day of the year. This is providing very good opportunities for everyone and is also posing challenges for the HR managers in retaining the employees. Because of the talent gap existing in the current talent pool, organizations are suffering majorly to fill the middle management positions and senior-level positions. The reason behind the supply gap is not just the employability skills but there are many reasons why employees leave the organizations. This has resulted in increased levels of poaching and attrition cases. Employee turnover is making the organizations to fail in attaining the objectives set. So, there is a need to understand the impact of attrition and additional factors. Because attrition cause a huge cost to the company. Many are having the difficulty in estimating emotional costs, loss of morale, experience, and continuity. There is a significant economic impact when an organization loses any of its critical employees for any reason. This is why the organizations need to delve deep into the reasons and factors, which may influence the employee’s decision to leave the organization. So, the present study will examine the relationship between organizational practices and their influence on the employees’ decision to leave the organization. This paper highlights those factors which have maximum impact on attrition.

Women Employee’s Work and Life -Striking the Right Balance
Work life balance is the current issues with everyone. This topic is attracting many now a day. Everyone has to accept that profession is a part in our lives; it is not possible to lead life without any earning. Interest in work and family matters has arisen on account of changes in the way in which work has been defined and it has been fuelled by mechanization and modernization of production processes, industrialization and the entry of increasing numbers of women in to the world of paid work. In a Developing Country like India the issue of work life balance is a matter of concern. These days you cannot find a field where women have no entrance. Recently women have much more reach in the in every field of Business. They are proving to be the best in their respective fields. Previously she used to be a more house wife and less professional. But after the reforms in 1991 the scenario has changed as the India economy is liberalized. Because of necessity and the desire to augment income, both the spouses started working. This has raised curtains to new problems to the working women community. Today's career women are continually challenged by the demands of full-time work and when the day is done at the office, they carry more of the responsibilities and commitments at home. So a great need has aroused to balance both. Initially this is the problem of working women only. But now a days this is an issue which has been taken seriously even by the companies. The reason behind this is that women have proved equal to that of the men counterpart. So the human resource professionals are seeking options to positively impact the bottom line of their companies, improving employee morale, retain employees with valuable company knowledge, and keep pace with workplace trends. So, this paper concentrates on few issues like how does women balance her work with life at home? How is she managing all these responsibilities? What type of support she is getting from the family members and from the employer? Like this we can have many questions to ask. Let us see how the IT and ITES women employees are handling the issue of Work Life Balance.
