About

I am a seventh-semester BS Biotechnology student at the University of Peshawar, Pakistan, with research interests in bioinformatics, computational biology, and AI-driven drug discovery. I have gained research and laboratory training experience through internships at NIBGE, NIH, NIGAB, and PCSIR.

My laboratory experience includes cell culture, PCR, RT-PCR, real-time PCR using SYBR Green, gel electrophoresis, and molecular biology techniques. I am also developing my computational research skills in Python and R, with a focus on data analysis, quantitative structure–activity relationship (QSAR) modeling, and machine learning and deep learning applications in drug discovery.

My current research project focuses on deep learning-based drug discovery for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), investigating multiple protein targets, including EGFR, HER2/ERBB2, and PI3Kα/PIK3CA. I am interested in research collaborations, interdisciplinary projects, scientific publications, and opportunities to contribute to meaningful research in biotechnology and computational drug discovery.
