Clinical dietitian with additional training through a minor degree in biology, currently pursuing a Master’s in Food and Health at the University of Padova. My focus is on metabolomics and its applications in clinical nutrition. Part of my current work includes systematic reviews related to metabolic profiling and health outcomes. I focus on how research, including precision medicine and individualized nutrition, can be applied to improve nutrition practice.
