14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your PRO subscription within 14 days of purchase, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:
  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial subscription payment.
  • You have not previously received a refund for a ResearcherCollab subscription.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@researchercollab.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The date of your subscription payment.
  • A brief reason for the request (optional but appreciated).

We will process your refund within 5 business days.

3. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. To receive a refund, you must explicitly request one as described above. After cancellation, your PRO access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Renewals

Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals unless requested within 7 days of the renewal charge and you have not used PRO features during that renewed period.

5. Processing

Refunds are processed through our payment provider. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
