3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use ResearcherCollab. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

You retain ownership of content you post on ResearcherCollab. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. PRO Subscription

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ResearcherCollab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content or outcomes arising from collaborations formed on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResearcherCollab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
