Beyond clinical practice, she has actively contributed to Quality Management within the healthcare system. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of healthcare standards, patient safety protocols, and organizational efficiency—skills that are instrumental in conducting structured and rigorous academic research.By integrating her expertise in quality standards with her specialization in psychiatric nursing, she focuses on holistic patient outcomes and the improvement of care protocols.
