ResearcherCollabMy academic background is in telecommunications engineering and systems research, where I learned to think deeply about complexity, structure, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Over time, my interests expanded beyond technical systems into human systems — especially leadership, strategic thinking, and the psychological realities of decision-making for founders and executives operating internationally.
I’m currently developing a long-term path in executive and leadership coaching, with a particular interest in supporting Iranian founders and managers living abroad who often navigate growth, pressure, and important decisions without a strong circle of aligned peers.
Rather than approaching coaching as motivation or quick transformation, I’m interested in building thoughtful, high-trust environments where leaders can think more clearly, reflect more honestly, and make stronger decisions.
My work and learning currently focus on:
• Executive coaching
• Leadership development
• Systems thinking
• Founder psychology
• Cross-cultural leadership
• Decision-making under complexity
I believe meaningful coaching requires depth, rigor, and continuous learning — and I’m committed to building that foundation seriously over the long term.
