I am a Ph.D researcher affiliated with Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz, with a primary research focus on clinical organizational behavior. My work explores the intersection of professional growth mindsets, well-being, depression, attachment and adaptive performance within organizational settings. I am particularly interested in longitudinal intervention studies aimed at enhancing psychological resources and mitigating job-related challenges to foster a more resilient and productive workforce. My research utilizes advanced statistical methods, including longitudinal structural equation modeling (SEM) and latent growth modeling, to analyze the dynamics of psychological processes over time.
