I am a clinician, researcher, and academic with expertise in Naturopathy, Yoga, and Lifestyle Medicine. I currently work as a Research Associate (Yoga) at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, New Delhi, where I am involved in patient care, clinical research, and the promotion of evidence-based integrative healthcare.
My research interests include lifestyle interventions, yoga therapy, naturopathy, preventive medicine, metabolic disorders, musculoskeletal conditions, and clinical research methodology. I have conducted research on the effects of naturopathic interventions and am committed to generating scientific evidence to support integrative medicine.
I am passionate about multidisciplinary research and welcome collaborations with researchers, clinicians, academicians, and students in the fields of integrative medicine research projects that advance scientific evidence in Yoga and Naturopathy.
