Research Collaboration: Green HRM, Innovation & AI in HRM
I am forming a small, focused research working group for co-authored SSCI journal publications. Collaboration areas include: Green HRM and green innovation leading to firm performance; technological agility under environmental uncertainty; AI in HRM with emphasis on fairness, transparency, and SDG alignment; and barrier prioritization using Fuzzy Delphi and DEMATEL. Cross-country SME studies using PLS-SEM and fsQCA are particularly welcome.
I can contribute theory framing, survey instrument development, IRB-ready data collection kits, multi-country data collection (Taiwan, India, Vietnam), PLS-SEM/fsQCA analysis, robustness checks, figures and tables, and full manuscript drafting. I have multiple Q1 publications in sustainability and HRM and am open to managing APCs where appropriate.
