I am seeking collaborations with researchers working in genomics, bioinformatics, AI for life sciences, and large-scale data analysis. I bring experience in high-performance computing (HPC), GPU-accelerated workflows, and research computing infrastructure. My expertise includes: Bioinformatics pipeline development Genomics and molecular data analysis GPU and HPC optimization for scientific workloads Large-scale data processing Scientific computing environments (Linux, SLURM, containers) I am particularly interested in projects involving genomics, computational biology, AI/ML in biomedical research, and scalable research infrastructure.
