Design of a Simple Gas Knob: An Application of IoT

Today, the revolting topic in the area of Information Technology is IoT. With IoT, one can convert the daily life real world objects into insightful virtual articles. IoT binds together all real-world objects in a typical framework and in turn provide us the control of these things also it let you know about the condition of things. The IoT means to bind together all the objects of daily life into a typical framework giving us command of items everywhere, as well as getting posted about condition of the objects. By getting help of investigation and ordered study of several academic research papers, corporate white papers and online materials, sufficient stuff and ideas about the current scenario of IoT is analyzed. Also, we have mentioned, how to implement the concept of IoT for checking the status of the LPG Stove whether it is on or off and the outcome is depicted with the help of an Android App. With the help of the proposed tools and techniques the end user could easily check the status of LPG at any place as it is connected to the internet via WiFi module. The proposed model is cost effective, simple that could be easily implemented in the real-time basis. As we know that LPG has become the part and parcel of every kitchen nowadays. But, along with its benefits., it comes with various risks. Nowadays people being multitasking everywhere., they need smart applications for their all basic needs. In case of the LPG stove., sometimes the unwilling ignorance may result in life threatening accidents. This proposed system will help to overcome such accidents up to an extent.
