This paper introduces the Supreme Law of Contradictions (SLC), a universal theoretical principle asserting that every structure in the universe physical, biological, geological, or cosmological exists in perpetual tension between a thermodynamically defined Survival Force (𝓕ₛ), identified as the exergy flux received from a containing parent system, and a Destruction Force (𝓕ᴅ), identified as the total rate of irreversible entropy production within the structure. Both quantities are independently measurable from first principles, and their ratio defines the Structural Dominance Ratio Ω(t), a universal dimensionless index of structural integrity whose inevitable decay toward zero is derived as a necessary consequence of the Second Law of Thermodynamics and the finite exergy budget of every parent system. The paper derives the Survival Duration Formula (Tₛᵤᵣᵥᵢᵥₐₗ), expressing the lifespan of any structure as a closed-form function of three measurable thermodynamic parameters, and demonstrates that the Second Law, Darwinian natural selection, and Prigogine’s dissipative structures are domain-specific manifestations of the same universal duality. Six independently falsifiable predictions spanning astrophysics, geology, ecology, and comparative biology
