About

I am an Associate Professor in Management Sciences working at the intersection of strategy, governance, and performance. My research challenges traditional views of decision-making by shifting the focus from individual cognition to the design of decision architectures within organizations.

I develop frameworks that help organizations navigate complexity, structure uncertainty, and improve the quality of their strategic choices. My work is grounded in both academic research and executive experience, allowing me to address decision-making not as a theoretical problem, but as a practical and systemic one.

Beyond academia, I serve in elected public office and as CEO of a semi-public organization, where I engage directly with high-stakes governance and strategic decisions.
