I enjoy exploring diverse topics within hospitality and tourism management, drawing inspiration from my previous experience in the hotel industry and my observations of the world. Methodologically, I gravitate toward qualitative research to explore and deepen our understanding of complex phenomena. My research interests include cultural issues in hospitality, immigrant entrepreneurship, quality management, food tourism, and foodservice operations and management.
