With nearly 20 years of experience, he is a researcher and educator specializing in Sociology and Sustainable Tourism. He currently heads the Tourism and Travel Service Management program at Thang Long University. His interdisciplinary background includes a Ph.D. in Sociology (Vietnam) and Master’s degrees in Sustainable Development (Thailand) and International Management (France).
His research focuses on Community-Based Tourism, Marketing, and Social Welfare, with publications in Scopus-indexed journals and co-authored books. He also leads research projects as a Principal Investigator and actively mentors graduate students.
