I am an MRICS valuation and real-estate economics professional based in the Cayman Islands, and I also serve as a Real Estate Lecturer at the University College of the Cayman Islands (UCCI). My professional experience spans land acquisition, compensation assessments, regulatory frameworks, and development feasibility.
Academically, my interests lie in real-estate markets and applied econometrics. I am currently developing two pieces of research into journal-ready articles:
-My Master’s dissertation, an ARDL time-series analysis (2009–2020), and
-A study on the inflation-hedging capability of Cayman Islands residential real estate (2000–2024).
I am seeking a co-author with expertise in real-estate finance, housing economics, or econometric modelling.
I am passionate about advancing policy-relevant research for small island developing states and supporting valuation education and analytical training.
