Globalization and technological changes are now creating challenges for manufacturing companies. The latest technological developments in the manufacturing industry have forced companies to change from traditional manufacturing systems to advanced manufacturing technology systems. These changes have led manufacturing companies to adapt Fit Manufacturing strategies in order to enhance their Business Performance. Similarly, the Overall Equipment Effectiveness has become a major concern for modern manufacturing technology systems. However, limited empirical knowledge is available to confirm the effect of these strategies on Business Performance. To fill this gap, this study aims to assess the relationship between Fit Manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing, Agile Manufacturing and Sustainability) and Business Performance through the mediation of Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
This study proposes strategic partnerships with main suppliers (SPWMS), strategic partnerships with target customers (SPWTC), information sharing with supply chain partners (ISWSCP), internal supply chain integration (ISCI), and supply chain innovation (SCI) in new normal and SMEs performance. The result showed that: (1) SPWMS was a significant predictor of SMEs performance, (2) SCI in new normal was not a significant moderator of the relationship between SPWMS and SMEs performance, (3) SPWTC was a significant predictor of SMEs performance, (4) SCI in new normal did not significantly moderate the relationship between SPWTC and SMEs performance. (5) ISWSCP was a significant predictor of SMEs performance, (6) SCI in new normal was not a significant moderator of the relationship between ISWSCP and SMEs performance, (7) ISCI was the significant predictor of SMEs performance, (8) SCI in new normal was not a significant moderator of the relationship between ISCI and SMEs performance.
Manufacturing sector is an essential ingredient to accelerate economic growth of the country. Recent advancements in globalization and technology affect manufacturing systems. By applying manufacturing strategies, manufacturing sector is strategizing to enhance their business performance. Thus the integration of manufacturing strategies is vital to survive in current market competitive environment. In order to gain excellence in manufacturing activities, it is necessary for firms to implement Fit Manufacturing with Lean and Agile systems tend to achieve sustainable benefits. The goal of this paper is to present the main manufacturing strategies and then the Fit Manufacturing as an integration manufacturing strategy consisting Agile Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing and Sustainability.

The fit manufacturing structure has included in the direction of significant support production companies toward modification interested in leanness, agility with economically sustainable, moreover, use effectively in a globally competitive business enterprise. In order to realize firm excellence and progress in all activities, you have to build on Economic sustainability to support improvement firms, also, this success will support realizing Economic competitiveness. Hence, this paper seeks in order to study the association between fit manufacturing and Economic sustainability, on the other hand; it will study associate mid fit manufacturing moreover, sustainability similarly the element of requirement fit manufacturing. The article utilizes the depository library approach toward gathering information in addition to thereby subject this information in the direction of investigation next to choosing related deductive with inductive methods. It was current determined that fit manufacturing is present at a technique, whatever be capable be obtained by adoption via Economic competitiveness.
Supply-chain management (SCM) is considered one of the essential parts of international marketplaces. SCM comprises a number of paradigms such as Lean, Agile, Resilient, and Green (LARG). This research explains that an advanced manufacturing technology has a significant effect on the relationship between LARG-supply chain (SC), and SC performance. The correlation variables LARG-SC and supply SC performance is identified. A suitable theory is also investigated. This study utilizes several library entrances toward assembly knowledge. The framework of research is to determine each variable, which comprises independent variables, moderators, and dependent variables.
This study aims to determine entrepreneurial marketing, firm performance, and the moderating role of environmental turbulence. It is an applied study on industrial companies in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The researchers have proposed many hypotheses after an extensive review of the literature. This study examines how entrepreneurial marketing influences firm performance, with the existence of environmental turbulence as a moderating variable. This study developed a conceptual framework of entrepreneurial marketing and firm performance, with the moderating role of environmental turbulence. Previous studies' questionnaires were altered and sent to industrial companies in the Kurdistan area of Iraq as part of this study's quantitative methodology. In this study, 350 Iraqi customers from the Kurdistan area of Iraq participated. PLS method and PLS-bootstrapping were used, utilizing Smart-PLS 3.0. According to this study, researching industrial companies is considered as vital for Iraqi producers, investors, and other stakeholders. The findings' validity is limited. However, conclusions can be generalized to other Iraqi industrial sectors. Secondly, cross-sectional data generalization is possible. Longitudinal surveys are superior in both planning and forecasting.
Oman’s supply chain sector is currently facing increasing pressure to improve efficiency due to rising demand, rapid digitalization, and growing expectations for faster and more reliable logistics services. However, many organizations continue to struggle with limited adoption of advanced technologies and varying levels of organizational readiness. In response to these challenges, this study investigates how Artificial Intelligence Technologies (AIT) and the Level of Automation (LOA) influence supply chain efficiency (SCE), and whether Organizational Readiness (OREAD) moderates these relationships. Data were collected via structured questionnaires distributed to 350 participants, including verified supply chain experts accessed through Oman’s Ministry of Labour and employees in supply chain roles reached through social media platforms, ensuring both expertise and broad representation. Regression analysis was conducted using SPSS/AMOS to test the proposed hypotheses. The results show that both AIT and LOA have significant positive effects on SCE, and that OREAD strengthens these relationships by enhancing the effectiveness of technology adoption. These findings suggest that organizations in Oman’s public and private sectors can improve supply chain performance by integrating AI and automation, particularly when supported by strong organizational readiness. This study contributes to the supply chain management literature by providing empirical evidence on the direct and moderated effects of AIT and LOA on SCE, emphasizing the crucial role of organizational readiness in maximizing technological benefits.
[Purpose] The study explores the current situation of crisis management research and future directions through a comprehensive visual analysis by using VOSviewer. [Design/methodology/approach] To achieve our study’s objective, we retrieved published papers from the Scopus Database covering 1995 to 2022, resulting in 1853 publications. The study used bibliometric indicators to analyze the publications and conducted co-authorship and co-occurrence analyses to identify the main research strengths and topics in crisis management. [Findings] The findings provide insight into the seven crucial facets of the crisis management environment, including methodology, developed, emerging, and developing countries, governance and SMEs, public policy and relations, crisis response, COVID-19 response, and risk communication and knowledge management.
