A growing number of research divulges that eco-feminist perspectives are playing a significant moderator role influencing the relationship between virtual organizations and environmentally sustainable development policies. However, there is a lack of research on this topic, especially in developing countries. To fill this gap, this study examines how eco-feminist perspectives impact the practices of virtual organizations in the Egyptian public banking sector. A rational framework was introduced to address the research questions and provide a structure for analyzing the topic under investigation. The chapter concluded that there is a noteworthy moderator role of the eco-feminist perspectives shaping the relationship between remote workplace practices and environmentally sustainable development policies. The study recommended explicit practices and policies empowering women to be a significant key player with greater impact in this endeavor especially in the post-pandemic era of COVID-19.
