
The aim of this research is to analyze the organizational culture of medium businesses in the central zone of the Municipality of Tecomán, Colima in 2023. The research conducted is of a mixed type, with a descriptive character since the work is based on the interpretation of study information and analysis of measurement procedures. It is based on the data collection methods that allow gathering the fundamental data of the presented population. Therefore, the population to be studied in this research consists of 18 medium businesses with a capacity of 21 to 100 employees in the municipality of Tecomán, Colima. The results of the surveys carried out among the employees of the various companies showed significantly positive percentages, which, through the analysis performed in this work, detect the type of organizational culture that generally predominates, and consequently the positive factors that influence it to maintain a healthy culture.
