This research aims to understand how recruitment practices impact the long-term stability of the workforce, motivated by the growing challenges in talent management. The main objective is to analyze the effectiveness of current selection processes in promoting retention, as well as to identify key factors contributing to high turnover rates. The methodology employed includes a combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques, such as interviews, surveys, and document analysis, applied to both new hires and experienced employees. The findings indicate that specific practices during the recruitment phase, such as clear communication and alignment with organizational culture, play a crucial role in employee satisfaction and retention.
