Winter tourism is an important economic factor for ski resorts and their surroundings. In line with this importance, destination selection factors, motivations and trends of winter tourism participants are frequently examined in various samples. Despite the intensification of competition in winter destinations, it is seen that research on the comparison of participants' expectations and perceptions of ski resorts is limited. In this study, which aims to eliminate the deficiency in the literature, it is aimed to determine the differences in expectations and perceptions of winter tourism participants towards the services offered in Isparta Davraz Ski Centre. Within the scope of the research, the questionnaires obtained face-to-face from 314 winter tourism participants were analysed. As the prominent results of the analyses, there was no negative perception about security. However, it was determined that all statements analysed in the facility category were below expectations.
