
Houria Selikh is a Ph.D. candidate and a contract professor at the Faculty of Economics, Commercial, and Management Sciences at Mohamed Khider University of Biskra, Algeria. She has a deep passion for human capital development, with her research interests focused on talent management, employer branding, and organizational learning.
Currently, she is keeping pace with the technological revolution in the workplace by researching AI applications in Human Resource Management, specifically focusing on the "Digital Transformation of the Recruitment Process". Her work explores the efficiency of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) algorithms and the potential risks of bias.
Alongside her teaching role, she serves as a trainer and mentor at the Job Search Club (CRE) within the Career Center at Biskra University. Furthermore, she is recognized as an "Excellent Reviewer" certified by the Web of Science Academy and is an active member of the ECOGES research laboratory.
