I am an independent researcher investigating the evolution of Marketing Automation from static rule-based systems to Generative AI decisioning. My work challenges the industry's reliance on "static segments" (e.g., demographics), arguing that they suffer from a latency problem where data becomes obsolete before a campaign is even launched.
My primary focus is on defining the "Liquid Audience", a concept where marketing segments are treated as temporary states of intent that exist only for the duration of a specific signal. I combine this with Behavioral Science to ensure that while AI handles the scale of automation, psychological principles guide the quality of the interaction.
