Students’ perceptions of electronic’s module in physics practicum

This study aims to determine the views of students majoring in mathematics education and natural science faculty of teacher training and education science at Universitas Jambi to use electronic’s module in physics practicum which is based on science process skills. The study involved 117 students majoring in mathematics education and science which consists of 59 students of physical education and 58 students of mathematics education. This research is descriptive quantitative research in order to obtain information mean (M), median (Me), mode (Mo), percentage, the range of the maximum value and the minimum value. Data was collected by using questionnaires and interviews. Based on the research results from students’ perceptions of physical education in good category at 64.4% while the student's perception of mathematics education in good category amounting to 55.2%.

Mathematical communication skills based on cognitive styles and gender

International Journal of Evaluation and Research in Education (IJERE)

This research aimed to determine the differences of mathematical communication skills based on cognitive styles and gender. This research was a mixed-method with sequential explanatory design. The population was grade XI students at Senior High School in Jambi City consisting of 53 male and 72 female students. The study used a total sampling. The key informant consisted of four field independent and four field dependent. The instruments were used cognitive style test, mathematical communication test, and interviews. The differences of mathematical communication skills were analyzed using Mann-Whitney U-Test. Qualitative data were analyze descriptively using Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference of Field Independent (FI) and Field Dependent (FD) students in mathematical communication skills. FI can explain the information on the question well, using the mathematical model appropriately, explaining the problem-solving strategy very clear and structured, and being able to evaluate clearly and accurately. FD able to describing the information on the matter, but less complete, using the mathematical model appropriately, explaining the problem-solving strategy, but less complete, and being able to evaluate it quite clearly. The mathematical communication skills of male and female students were not significant differences. Male students are able to explain the strategy and the steps of solving the problem quite clearly, but less structured. Female students are able to explain the strategy and steps to resolve the problem clearly and structured.

AI-Driven Ethnoscience Learning: Enhancing Physics Education Through Malay Cultural Insights

Aim/Purpose: This study aims to explore the innovative integration of machine learning techniques into project-based learning rooted in Malay ethnoscience in Jambi, Indonesia. The research introduces a novel framework that utilizes educational data mining to personalize culturally responsive STEM education in under-resourced public schools. Background: Ethnoscience, particularly ethnophysics, provides a culturally relevant context for learning, connecting scientific principles to traditional practices. In Jambi, rich traditions such as the construction of stilt houses and the preparation of local cuisine reflect underlying principles of physics and sustainability. Integrating these practices into education is crucial for enhancing students’ critical thinking and contextual understanding. Methodology: This research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative analysis of Malay ethnoscience practices with data mining techniques to extract patterns and correlations from educational data. Project-based learning modules were designed based on insights derived from data mining algorithms applied to student performance and engagement metrics. Contribution: The study contributes a unique model combining cultural heritage with predictive analytics to optimize learning design. Unlike existing AI-driven systems, this model embeds local wisdom as a predictive variable, enabling contextualized learning recommendations grounded in students’ sociocultural identities. Findings: Key findings include a 25% increase in student engagement and a 15–20% improvement in understanding physics concepts among students engaged in culturally embedded hands-on projects. Machine learning algorithms (Random Forest and Naïve Bayes) achieved up to 85% accuracy in predicting student success, identifying prior cultural familiarity and level of active engagement as the most influential predictors. Recommendations for Practitioners: Educators are encouraged to use data mining tools to personalize learning and incorporate local wisdom into curricula. Culturally rooted project-based learning has proven effective in enhancing student engagement. Recommendation for Researchers: Further studies are needed to expand the application of data mining in ethnoscience education across other cultural contexts. Researchers should explore the scalability of such frameworks and the integration of additional machine learning algorithms to enhance prediction accuracy. Impact on Society: By bridging traditional knowledge with modern AI, this study offers a scalable model for culturally inclusive education. It demonstrates how local wisdom can be leveraged through machine learning to promote both academic excellence and cultural preservation, particularly in public education systems facing resource constraints. Future Research: Future work should focus on the development of interactive tools and digital resources to support project-based ethnoscience learning. Studies should also investigate the long-term impact of integrating ethnoscience into formal education on cultural preservation and academic performance.

Analysis of interest and process skills in learning mathematics

Jurnal Riset Pendidikan Matematika

This study aims to reveal the comparison of students' skills and interests in mathematics subject matter, and the relationship between process skills and students' interest in mathematics lessons with circle material. This was quantitative research with associative and comparative types. The samples were 70 students of a State Junior High School and 70 students of a State Islamic Junior High School in Batanghari district, Jambi, Indonesia, established using the purposive sampling technique. The interest and process skill data were collected using a questionnaire which was validated. The data were analyzed descriptively and inferentially with paired sample t-test and Pearson correlation test. The result of this study showed that 1) there are differences in students' interest in mathematics between the two schools and 2) there is a relationship between process skills and students' interest in mathematics in the circle material for the two schools. It can be concluded that good process skills and a strong interest in learning mathematics will make students more successful in learning mathematics.

Personalized Digital Learning Environment with Differentiated Instruction to Foster Computational Thinking in Robotics Education

Aim/Purpose: This study aims to implement and evaluate a personalized digital learning environment (PDLE) that delivers differentiated instruction for enhancing computational thinking competencies through robotics education. Background: The background emphasizes the growing demand for computational thinking skills in the modern workforce and the need for flexible learning approaches that accommodate diverse student needs. Methodology: A mixed-methods research approach was employed, utilizing a pre-experimental design with One-Group Pretest-Posttest assessments to evaluate students’ computational thinking development, complemented by classroom observations and instructor feedback to provide deeper insights into the learning process within the PDLE system. Contribution: The key contribution of this study is the integration of PDLE with DI to provide personalized learning pathways that promote deeper engagement and skill development in computational thinking. Findings: Findings suggest that the PDLE significantly enhances students’ computational thinking abilities, particularly in problem-solving and algorithmic thinking, while also improving abstraction, pattern recognition, and fostering greater student independence through self-regulated learning. Recommendations for Practitioners: Recommendations for practitioners include adopting personalized and differentiated learning environments to accommodate diverse learners. Recommendation for Researchers: Recommendations for researchers suggest further exploration of adaptive learning technologies in robotics education. Impact on Society: The impact on society lies in equipping students with essential computational skills that are crucial for success in the digital economy. Future Research: Should explore the scalability of PDLE in other STEM disciplines and investigate long-term impacts on students’ cognitive and career development.

The material provided in the form of "Publik speaking Workshop Training Skilled Students Speak in Public". This material was given to students of OSIS at the Pekanbaru High School of Sports in Tegal City with a total of 35 participants consisting of OSIS students and Extracurricular Trustees. The results of this activity are (1) giving knowledge in the field of publik speaking to OSIS students so that they are skilled in publik speaking (2) students are expected to be able to apply their publik speaking knowledge to realize the vision and mission of the School.

Investigation into First-Year College Students' Misconceptions about Limit Concept: A Case Study Based on Cognitive Style

The cognitive style has an important role in determining the characteristics of students on the conceptualization. One of the two types of cognitive styles are field independent (FI) and field dependent (FD). The purpose of this study was to identify the form of conceptual misconceptions about limit and their causes. This type of research is a case study. The data was obtained through interviews based on the conceptual problem-solving tasks. Correspondents used in this study were from first-year college students (95 people) who were studied at Universitas Jambi. The results showed that (1) FI forms of students' misconceptions, namely: misconceptions about interpreting the concept of function limit and function conditions which have limits, such as: left limit and right limit. This problem occurred due to incomplete reasoning and wrong intuition. The other result of this research was to obtain (2) FD forms of students' misconception, namely, (a) misconceptions about prerequisite material: drawing graphs of functions, misconceptions about determining the domain of a function, misconceptions about definitions and forms of function notations, misconceptions about determining function values on function graphs (b) misconceptions about the concept of limits: misconceptions about interpreting the concept of limits in a function, the function requirements (left limit, right limit) and misconceptions about understanding the meaning which is close to the limit function (limit-x) approaching infinity.

Enhancing Learning Experiences and Outcomes Using Virtual Media for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders

This study aimed to develop a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) for mathematics learning tailored to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) at a special needs school in Jambi, utilizing the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model. It focused on enhancing the learning experiences and outcomes for ASD students in a specialized education setting. In the Analysis phase, the needs and challenges of ASD students in learning mathematics were identified through observations, interviews, and literature review. The Design phase involved creating a detailed blueprint for the VLE, emphasizing interactive and user-friendly features. During the Development phase, the VLE was developed incorporating multimedia elements to engage students effectively. The Implementation phase included deploying the VLE in the classroom and training teachers and students to use the system. The Evaluation phase assessed the VLE's effectiveness through metrics such as visual, verbal, auditory, writing, motor, and emotional activities over four meetings. Results showed consistent improvements in all activities, particularly visual, auditory, writing, and motor activities, demonstrating significant enhancements in student engagement and understanding of mathematical concepts. This research underscores the importance of a structured development process and the positive impact of technology-enhanced learning environments on students with ASD.

ChatGPT Scaffolding in Supporting Metacognition for Limit Concepts in Guided Inquiry Mathematics Learning

Aim/Purpose: This study aims to investigate how ChatGPT-mediated scaffolding supports students’ metacognitive skills (planning, monitoring, and evaluating strategies) in understanding limit concepts in calculus within a guided-inquiry learning environment. Background: Guided inquiry fosters conceptual understanding in calculus, yet students often struggle with metacognitive regulation. While AI tools like ChatGPT offer interactive scaffolding, their impact on students’ self-regulated learning and problem-solving strategies in abstract topics, such as limits (a fundamental concept in calculus), remains underexplored. This study addresses this gap by evaluating ChatGPT’s function as a metacognitive guide in mathematics learning. Methodology: A convergent mixed-methods design was implemented with 75 students of mathematics education at Universitas Jambi over a period of four weeks. Participants engaged in guided inquiry activities on limits, using ChatGPT for problem-solving and reflection. Data was collected through pre- and post-metacognitive assessments, screen recordings of ChatGPT-student interactions, and reflective journals. Quantitative data were analyzed using paired t-tests, while qualitative data were thematically coded to identify patterns in metacognitive engagement. Contribution: This study advances understanding of AI’s capacity to foster self-regulated learning and critical thinking in mathematics, providing a framework for integrating generative AI as a metacognitive partner in guided inquiry pedagogy. Findings: Results indicate significant improvements in metacognitive skills, particularly in monitoring and evaluation strategies. Qualitative analysis revealed that ChatGPT’s iterative feedback encouraged students to critically analyze solutions, particularly in identifying boundary conditions in limit problems. However, 28% of students passively accepted AI-generated answers without deeper scrutiny, highlighting variability in engagement levels. Recommendations for Practitioners: Educators should integrate ChatGPT as a reflective tool in guided inquiry, designing structured activities that require students to justify or challenge AI-generated outputs. Providing explicit training in critical questioning techniques can enhance AI’s pedagogical value. Recommendation for Researchers: Future research should explore long-term retention of metacognitive skills developed through AI scaffolding and adaptive AI models for optimizing ChatGPT-student interactions in mathematics education. Impact on Society: The implications of this research extend beyond the classroom, potentially reshaping mathematics education in higher education. This approach could democratize access to personalized mathematical support, reduce educational inequalities, and prepare students for an AI-augmented professional landscape. However, careful consideration must be given to ethical implementation and the preservation of authentic mathematical thinking skills. Future Research: Further studies should examine (1) the sustainability of AI-enhanced metacognitive development, (2) cross-cultural differences in AI scaffolding effectiveness, and (3) improved AI-driven adaptive learning strategies for mathematics education.

Meningkatkan kompetensi kepala sekolah swasta di Kota Semarang berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 6 Tahun 2018

Abstrak K epala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam pengelolaan sekolah agar dapat mencapai tujuan pendidikan . Mengingat peran sentral tersebut, pemerintah telah menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Permendikbud) No mor 6 Tahun 2018 tentang Penugasan Guru sebagai Kepala Sekolah yang mengatur tentang persyaratan, penyiapan, proses pengangkatan, penugasan, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, pembinaan , dan penilaian prestasi kerja kepala sekolah serta pemberhentian tugas kepala sekolah. Meskipun demikian, peran sentral dan peraturan ini belum sepenuhnya diketahui dan dipahami oleh para guru dan kepala sekolah. Berdasarkan pengamatan penulis, lembaga pendidikan swasta belum dikelola secara optimal. Indikasi nya adalah mayoritas mutu sekolah swasta masih sangat perlu ditingkatkan, minimnya pelatihan kepala sekolah dan masih rendahnya kompetensi kepala sekolah. Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diselenggaraan dengan tujuan untuk memotivasi para kepala sekolah swasta untuk berikhtiar secara terus menerus meningkatkan kompetensinya. Metode peningkatan kompetensi kepala sekolah dilakukan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang berfokus pada manajemen dan kepemimpinan sekolah berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 6 tahun 2018. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan pemahaman kepala sekolah tentang kompetensi, tugas pokok dan fungsi kepala sekolah, kemampuan manajerial dan efekti f itas kepemimpinan. Kata Kunci: kompetensi gur u; kepala sekolah ; Permendikbud No.6 Tahun 2018 Abstract The principal has a central role in managing the school in order to achieve educational goals. The  central role are the government has issued Minister of Education and Culture Regulation (Permendikbud) No. 6 of 2018 concerning the Assignment of Teachers as Principals governing the requirements, preparation, appointment process, assignments, continuing professional development, coaching, and evaluating the work performance of principals as well as dismissal of principals' duties. However, this central roles and regulations are not yet fully understood by teachers and principals. .Based on the writer's observation, private education institutions have not been managed optimally. The indications are that the majority of the quality of private schools still needs to be greatly improved, the lack of training of school principals and the still low competency of principals. This Community Service is held with the aim to motivate private school principals to endeavor to continuously improve their competence. The principal competency improvement method is carried out through education and training that focuses on school management and leadership based on Permendikbud number 6 of 2018. The training results indicate that there is an increase in principals 'understanding of the principals' competencies, principal tasks and functions, managerial abilities and leadership effectiveness. Indonesia adalah negara yang memiliki banyak keragaman bahasa daerah yang merupakan kekayaan yang harus dilestarikan. Salah satu dari bahasa daerah di Indonesia yang harus dilestarikan adalah bahasa Jawa Serang. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan membuat kamus digital bahasa Jawa Serang – Indonesia pada perangkat mobile yaitu Smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android. Saat ini Smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android memiliki jumlah pengguna yang besar dan hal ini menjadi kesempatan bagi pengembang aplikasi untuk membuat aplikasi kamus bahasa Jawa Serang – Indonesia berbasis android. Tujuan utama dari aplikasi kamus bahasa Jawa Serang – Indonesia ini adalah membantu pengguna menemukan terjemahan bahasa Jawa Serang ke dalam bahasa Indonesia dengan mudah sehingga pengguna dapat mempelajari bahasa Jawa Serang dengan cepat. Desain aplikasi ini menggunakan metode algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt (KMP) untuk mencari string kata-kata bahasa Jawa Serang yang akan dicari terjemahannya ke dalam bahasa Indonesia.

ZPD Technological Learning Environment In Learning Computational Thinking Skill-Based Mathematics

This research was conducted as an innovation related to learning problems that often occur in students. This research aims to develop a technological prototype of the mathematics-computation learning environment for playing skills using the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) approach based on intelligent technology. This type of research is Research and Development using the 4-D model flow (Four-D Models). The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection in this study uses angles for learning environment data sources and computational thinking. Then interviews are used as a source of learning experience data. Data analysis on quantitative data types used descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of independent sample t-tests and the Miles and Huberman model. This study found differences in the computational thinking abilities of male and female students, and the dominant computational thinking abilities were male students. This development research has produced an online learning environment product where the product is valid in the opinion of experts in the good category, exciting and feasible to implement. The learning environment assists and facilitates students in learning mathematics by using technology geared toward improving thinking.

Analisis Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMP Dalam Pembalajaran Outdoor-Modeling Mathematics Berdasarkan Gaya Belajar

Prilaku belajar adalah suatu sikap y ang muncul dari diri siswa dalam menanggapi dan meresponi setiap kegiatan belajar mengajar yang terjadi. salah satu wujud dari prilaku adalah motivasi belajar. Menurut teori behavioristik, belajar adalah perubahan tingkah laku sebagai akibat adanya interaksi antara stimulus (rangsangan) dan respon (tanggapan). Stimulus yang diberikan guru dalam pembelajaran tertuang dalam rancangan aktifitas pembelajaran. Aktivitas pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan yang dirancang guru untuk mewujudkan dan atau menciptkan kondisi belajar siswa (stimulus). Pemilihan aktivitas belajar yang sesuai memungkinkan untuk terjadinya efektivitas pedagogis dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran, maupun dapat membentuk prilaku positif siswa (respon) dalam belajar. Desain pembelajaran berbasis outdoor-medelling mathematics memuat serangkain aktivitas kegiatan pembelajaran yang berbassis investigasi konteks masalah outdoor (masalah real life) dengan muatan konten materi modeling mathematics. Pada makalah ini akan membahas prilaku belajar dan bagaimana motivasi terbentuk melaui aktifitas kegiatan pebelajaran outdoor-medelling mathematics yang diklasifikasikan menjadi motoractivities mentalactivities, visualactivities, emotionalactivities, motoractivitie.Melalui metode kulitatif deskriptif, dengan mengambil 20 siswa kelas IX-B SMP N 1 Muaro Jambi yang mempunyai gaya belajar visual, auditorial, dan kinestetik. Setelah pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pengambilan data dilakukan melalui angket, dan lembar pengamatan beserta wawancara ke subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas belajar dalam pembelajaran yang dapat memotivasi siswa belajar matematika adalah visualactivities sebesar 74,16%; motoractivities sebesar 96,67%; mentalactivities sebesar 71,66%; dan emotionalactivities sebesar 73,33%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan aktivitas belajar dalam pembelajaran outdoor-medelling mathematics matematika yang paling dominan dapat memotivasi siswa belajar adalah motoractivities dengan persentasi 96,67% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan sangat memotivasi siswa belajar matematika dalam pembelajaran luar kelas. Indikatornya adalah melakukan percobaan. Kelebihan aktivitas belajar dalam pembelajaran outdoor-medelling mathematics adalah, aktivitas belajar lebih membuat siswa termotivasi untuk belajar matematika. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan interaksi dengan teman sesamanya semakin meningkat juga. Adapun kelemahan aktivitas belajar dalam pembelajaran luar kelas adalah sulit untuk siswa terfokus dalam aktivitas belajar yang sedang dilakukan.
 
 Learning behavior is an attitude that arises from students in responding and responding to each teaching and learning activity that occurs. one form of behavior is learning motivation. According to behavioristic theory, learning is a change in behavior as a result of an interaction between stimulus (stimulus) and response (response). The stimulus given by the teacher in learning is contained in the design of learning activities. Learning activities are activities designed by the teacher to realize and or create the conditions for student learning (stimulus). Selection of appropriate learning activities allows for the occurrence of pedagogical effectiveness in achieving learning goals, and can form positive student behavior (response) in learning. Outdoor-based learning mathematics learning design contains a series of learning activities based on the context of outdoor problems (real life problems) with the content of modeling mathematics material. In this paper will discuss learning behavior and how motivation is formed through the activities of learning activities outdoor-modeling mathematics which are classified into mental activities, visual activities, emotional activities, motor activities. Through the descriptive qualitative method, taking 20 students of class IX-B Muaro Jambi Middle School 1 who have visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. after the implementation of learning, data retrieval was carried out through questionnaires, and observation sheets and interviews to the research subjects. The results showed that learning activities in learning that could motivate students to learn mathematics were visual activities at 74.16%, motor activities at 96.67%, mental activities at 71.66%, and emotional activities at 73.33 %%. Based on the results of the analysis carried out learning activities in mathematics outdoor-modeling mathematics learning the most dominant motivating students to learn is motor activities with a percentage of 96.67% with very good criteria and very motivating students to learn mathematics in learning outside the classroom. The indicator is to experiment. The advantages of learning activities in outdoor-modeling mathematics learning are that learning activities make students more motivated to learn mathematics. Students become more active and interactions with their peers also increase. The weaknesses of learning activities in learning outside the classroom is difficult for students to focus on the learning activities that are being done.

PEMBELAJARAN MODEL SIMAYANG TIPE II UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MODEL MENTAL DAN PENGUASAAN KONSEP

The pre-experiment study with one group pretest-posttest design had been done in the 10th-4 grade at SMAN 7 Bandar Lampung. This study was aimed to describe the practicality, effectiveness, and effect size of SiMaYang type II learning model to improve mental model and concept mastery on chemical bonding topic. The practicality was determined from implementation of lesson plan and students' responses to the implemention of learning. The effectiveness was determined by the activity of students during the learning, the ability of teacher in managing the learning, and improvement of students' mental model and concept mastery. The effect size was determined by t test and effect size test. Results showed that the practicality and the effectiveness of SiMaYang type II were categorized on “high,” and the effect size of this learning model had a “big” criteria. Metode pre-eksperimen dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design telah dilakukan di kelas X4 SMAN 7 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepraktisan, ke­efek­tivan, dan ukuran pengaruh model pembelajaran SiMaYang tipe II untuk meningkatkan model mental dan penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi ikatan kimia. Kepraktisan ditentukan dari keterlaksanaan RPP dan respon siswa terhadap pelak­sanaan pembelajaran. Keefektivan ditentukan dari aktivitas siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung, kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembel­ajaran, ketercapaian dalam peningkatan model mental dan penguasaan konsep siswa. Ukuran pengaruh ditentukan dengan uji t dan uji effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepraktisan dan keefektivan Model SiMaYang tipe II berkategori “tinggi,” dan ukuran pengaruh dalam pembelajaran ini memiliki kriteria yang “besar.”

The Influence of Computer-Based Learning Media Tutorials on Students' Spatial Abilities In Mathematics

Abstract: In 21st century learning students is required to be more active in learning than teachers, therefore this study aims to determine whether there is an influence between computer-based learning media tutorials and students' spatial abilities in mathematics. Using quantitative descriptive. Where, the number of samples in this study were 240 students from SMP 11 Jambi City who used purposive sampling technique. Data were then analyzed with the help of the SPSS 21 application to find descriptive statistics in the form of mean, min, max, and category as well as inferential statistics using simple regression. The results obtained in this study are dominant in both the spatial abilities of students in mathematics. With this reinforced by the existence of a relationship and influence between computer-based learning media tutorials with students' spatial abilities in mathematics as seen from the sig value below 0.025, which is 0.016 and has a contribution of 72.6%.

PENGEMBANGAN VIDEO ANIMASI PADA BLENDED LEARNING DENGAN MODEL DISCOVERY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP SISWA

Pemahaman konsep matematika adalah faktor penting yang menjadi landasan berpikir dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Discovery learning merupakan model pembelajaran yang cocok untuk pemahaman konsep matematis, oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video animasi menggunakan animaker dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pada pembelajaran blended dengan model discovery materi bangun ruang sisi datar di kelas VIII SMP. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Pengumpulan data berdasarkan angket dan tes pemahaman konsep. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa video animasi memenuhi kriteria kevalidan dari segi materi sebesar 91,25% (sangat valid) dan dari segi media sebesar 94,78% (sangat valid). Selain itu, tingkat kepraktisan oleh guru adalah 90,91% (sangat praktis) dan tingkat kepraktisan siswa sebesar 91,5% (sangat praktis). Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil angket efektifitas video animasi oleh siswa, tingkat keefektifan mencapai 88,33% (sangat efektif). Tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep ( Pretest dan Postest) menunjukkan hasil sebesar 0,79 dengan kategori tinggi. Understanding mathematical concepts is an important factor that forms the basis for thinking in solving mathematical problems. Discovery learning is a learning model that is suitable for understanding mathematical concepts, therefore this research aims to create animated videos using animaker to increase students' understanding of concepts in blended learning with the Discovery model of material for building flat-sided spaces in class VIII SMP. This type of research is development research with the ADDIE model. Data collection is based on questionnaires and concept understanding tests. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the animated video meets the validity criteria in terms of material at 91.25% (very valid) and in terms of media at 94.78% (very valid). Apart from that, the teacher's practicality level was 90.91% (very practical) and the students' practicality level was 91.5% (very practical). Apart from that, based on the results of a questionnaire on the effectiveness of animated videos by students, the effectiveness level reached 88.33% (very effective). The concept understanding ability test (Pretest and Posttest) showed a result of 0.79 in the high category.

PEMANFAATAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA KELAS VIII PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKn DI MTS SABILIT TAQWA

Artikel ini membahas tentang Pemanfaatan Multimedia Interaktif dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII pada Pembelajaran PKn di MTs Sabilit Taqwa. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada proses pembelajaran PKn dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran Multimedia Interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. instrumen pengumpulan data melalui oservasi, angket (kuisioner) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif. Pemanfaatan Multimedia Interaktif dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII pada Pembelajaran PKn di MTs Sabilit Taqwa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran PKn dengan menggunakan Media Pembelajaran Multimedia Interaktif dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII MTs Sabilit Taqwa dengan populasi jumlah 25 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pemanfatan multimedia interaktif sangatlah efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII/PKn di MTs sabilit taqwa. Hal ini didukung dengan nilai rata-rata siswa. Nilai rata-rata siswa pada tes awal adalah 71,84 lebih rendah dari pada tes akhir, 89,12. Selain itu, α lebih tinggi dari p-value (0,05 0,00). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis nol ditolak dan H1 diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfatan multimedia interaktif sangatlah efektif dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas VIII/PKn di MTs sabilit taqwa

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA CHATBOT SCAFFOLDING UNTUK MENDUKUNG PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING SECARA DARING

This study aims to produce chatbot scaffolding media with a PjBL model in e-lematika to improve student learning outcomes in class VIII Cartesian cooordinat material that is appropriate for use in the learning process. This research is a development research using the ADDIE model which consist of 5 stages, namely analyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation. There are three criteria used to measure the quality of chatbot scaffolding media, namely 10 valid, the validity of the media is obtained from validation tests by material experts and design experts. 2) practical, the practicality of the media is obtained from the teacher’s practicality questionnaire and student practicality questionaire and 3) effective, the effectiveness of the media is obtained from the student response questionnaire and student learning achievement tests. The result of this study indicate that: 1) the result of the percentage validity of material experts are 96.36% (very valid). and design experts are 86.66% (valid); 2) the percentage of practicality by educators is 72.50% (practical) and by students 75.05% (practical); 3) the percentage of the effectiveness seen form the student response questionnaire 75.09% (effective) and the persentageof the completeness of student learning outcomes is 81.25% (very good).

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS VIDEO ANIMASI MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI DORATOON UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI BENTUK ALJABAR KELAS VII SMP

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk; 1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi menggunakan aplikasi Doratoon untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada materi bentuk aljabar kelas VII SMP; dan 2) mengetahui kualitas pengembangan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu model ADDIE. Dengan langkah-langkah dari model ADDIE yaitu (analyze, design, development, implementation dan evaluation). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan uji kelayakan dari ahli materi, ahli media, dan responden (guru dan siswa). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah produk berupa media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi Doratoon dengan hasil penelitian kualitas instrumen oleh ahli instrumen mendapatkan persentase sebesar 76,2% dengan kategori valid, kualitas didaktik dan kontruksi oleh ahli materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 76,9% dengan kategori valid dan kualitas teknis oleh ahli media mendapatkan persentase sebesar 79,3% dengan kategori valid, serta diperoleh persentase sebesar 96,54% peserta didik memberikan penilaian baik terhadap media pembelajaran berupa video animasi.

IMPLEMENTASI PERMAINAN BISIK BERANTAI PADA PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB METODE ISTIMA’ KELAS VII DI MTS AL WASHLIYAH KM 6 BRAYAN MEDAN

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana permainan bisik berantai dengan metode istima’ digunakan untuk mengajar bahasa arab kelas VII di MTs Al-Washliyah km 6 Brayan Medan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber evaluasi bagi berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan Metode Istima’. Dalam penelitian kualitatif ini, subjek penelitian adalah penggunaan permainan bisik berantai dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab menggunakan metode Istima’. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana penggunaan metode ini berdampak pada siswa karena guru biasanya hanya menggunakan metode ceramah atau hanya menggunakan satu metode dan siswa cenderung jenuh. Selain itu, guru hanya menyampaikan hal-hal penting tentang bahasa tanpa mempraktikkan apa yang mereka pelajari.Untuk mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas siswa, bagaimana metode istima' digunakan untuk mengajar siswa pembelajaran bahasa arab, dan hasil dari penerapan Bisik Berantai pada siswa kelas VII di MTs Al-Washliyah km 6 Brayan Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Penerapan permainan bisik berantai dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan metode Istima' kelas VII dapat berjalan dengan baik, baik melalui observasi, dokumentasi, maupun wawancara. (2) Data yang dikumpulkan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan permainan bisik berantai dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan metode Istima' kelas VII dapat berjalan dengan baik; namun, berdasarkan tes, pengaruh peminatan atau penerapan permainan bisik berantai pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab dengan metode Istima' kelas VII cukup baik.

E-MAGAZINE-EDUCATION ETNOMATEMATIKA BATIK JAMBI BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI AUGMATED REALITY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA

Pembelajaran matematika di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menghubungkan konsep matematika dengan konteks budaya dan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Studi ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji efektivitas media e-magazine education berbasis etnomatematika batik Jambi yang diintegrasikan dengan teknologi Augmented Reality (AR) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI MIPA 3 di SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model ADDIE dengan melibatkan 35 siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Tahap Analysis mencakup analisis kebutuhan pembelajaran dan identifikasi potensi etnomatematika dalam motif batik Jambi. Tahap Design dan Development berfokus pada pengembangan konten e-magazine yang memadukan unsur etnomatematika batik Jambi dengan teknologi AR. Pada tahap Implementation, media diujicobakan dalam pembelajaran, dilanjutkan dengan Evaluation melalui validasi ahli, uji kepraktisan, dan uji efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan: (1) memenuhi kriteria valid dengan skor rata-rata 89.36% dari validator, (2) memenuhi kriteria praktis dengan skor rata-rata 76.95% dari pengguna, dan (3) efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika yang ditunjukkan dengan perbedaan signifikan antara kelas eksperimen (rata-rata 81.4) dan kelas kontrol (rata-rata 75.3) dengan p-value < 0.05. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengintegrasian etnomatematika batik Jambi dengan teknologi AR dalam bentuk e-magazine education terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Mathematics education in Indonesia still faces challenges in connecting mathematical concepts with students' cultural context and daily life. This study aims to develop and test the effectiveness of an e-magazine education based on Jambi batik ethnomathematics integrated with Augmented Reality (AR) technology to improve mathematics learning outcomes of students in class XI MIPA 3 at SMA Negeri 1 Muaro Jambi. This development research employs the ADDIE model, involving 35 students as research subjects. The Analysis phase includes learning needs assessment and identification of ethnomathematics potential in Jambi batik motifs. The Design and Development phases focus on developing e-magazine content that combines Jambi batik ethnomathematics elements with AR technology. During the Implementation phase, the media was tested in learning, followed by Evaluation through expert validation, practicality testing, and effectiveness testing. The results show that the developed media: (1) meets validity criteria with an average score of 89.36% from validators, (2) meets practicality criteria with an average score of 76.95% from users, and (3) is effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes as indicated by significant differences between the experimental class (mean 81.4) and control class (mean 75.3) with p-value < 0.05. This study concludes that the integration of Jambi batik ethnomathematics with AR technology in the form of e-magazine education proves effective as a learning medium that can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Kemampuan Bernalar Kritis Siswa setelah Mengikuti Pembelajaran Model Outdoor Learning Berdiferensiasi Berdasarkan Gaya Belajar

Siswa memerlukan pemahaman dan penalaran yang tinggi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terdapat dalam soal matematika. Pemahaman siswa akan terlatih apabila siswa terbiasa mengerjakan soal matematika bernalar kritis yang sesuai dengan langkah-langkah penyelesaian. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kemampuan bernalar kritis setelah mengikuti pembelajaran model outdoor learning berdiferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar materi bentuk aljabar kelas VII SMP. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dekriptif. Subjek dari penelitian ini terdiri dari enam orang siswa kelas VII I SMP Negeri 22 Kota Jambi berdasarkan gaya belajar. Dua siswa gaya belajar visual, dua siswa gaya belajar auditori dan dua siswa gaya belajar kinestetik. Instumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar angket gaya belajar, lembar keterlaksanaan aktivitas pembelajaran, soal tes kemampuan bernalar kritis dan lembar wawancara. Tahapan dalam penelitian yaitu tahap pra-lapangan, tahap lapangan, dan tahap analisis data. secara umum tergolong sangat tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 83 untuk materi bentuk aljabar. Hal ini diperoleh setelah siswa mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model outdoor modelling mathematics berdiferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar. Dengan model pembelajaran yang digunakan siswa dengan gaya belajar kinestetik menunjukkan respons paling positif dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 84,5 dengan kategori sangat tinggi. Pembelajaran dengan model outdoor learning berdiferensiasi berdasarkan gaya belajar terbukti sangat baik untuk memenuhi kemampuan bernalar kritis siswa

Active Learning in Language Study and Science: Transforming Teacher Practice in North Sumatra’s Elementary Schools

AbstractAn action research project to investigate the implementation of active learning strategies to improve the quality of teaching and learning was conducted in three government elementary schools (Sekolah Dasar) in North Sumatra that had received training in teaching for active learning under the auspices of the USAID-sponsored project, Decentralized Basic Education 2. Three cycles of data collection utilizing classroom observations, focus group discussions, and participant observation were conducted in each school. Data were analyzed both holistically and categorily to develop a better understanding of teachers’ successes and challenges in teaching for active learning. Finally, an intervention strategy involving modeling of teaching for active learning strategies was designed and implemented by members of the research team in each school. Our results suggest that language and science teachers developed more confidence in utilizing active learning strategies in their classrooms as a result of the intervention. Students also appeared to respond positively to the new active learning teaching strategies employed by their teachers. We conclude that the DBE-2 training provided to these schools can be considered successful; however, more attention needs to be paid to concrete factors that facilitate or impede teaching for active learning in Indonesian elementary schools in order to continue improving the quality of instruction for Indonesian children. This study analyzes the formulation of Free Education Policy in Pelalawan at 2013. This research is used as a consideration object by the relevant agencies in formulating a policy, and located in Education Office, Regional Representatives Council (DPRD), and the Regional Secretariat of Pelalawan district. This research used qualitative method such as descriptive analysis with relevant data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data. In collecting the data the author used interview, observation, and documentation technique that called purposive sampling, with people who are experts and understand with phenomena that occur. This study shows that, the Free Education Policy Formulation in Pelalawan at 2013 consists of four steps, such as: the actors who involved, preferences of the actors of development policy, social base of the actors, and the resources of policy actors. Loyalitas pelanggan adalah kesetiaan sebagai komitmen yang dipegang kuat untuk membeli atau berlangganan lagi produk atau jasa tertentu di masa depan meskipun ada pengaruh situasi dan usaha pemasaran yang berpotensi menyebabkab perubahan perilaku Dari hasil penelitian dilihat bahwa nilai thitung untuk variabel Persepsi Kualitas pelayanan  sebesar 5.987 dan Kesesuaian Harga sebesar 5.576 dengan nilai signifikan untuk masing-masing variabel independen (2.499); (0,018). Sedangkan untuk nilai ttabel pada tabel statistik distribusi t dengan level of test α = 5% dan df1 = 35 sebesar 1,681. Berdasarkan kriteria bahwa jika nilai thitung> ttabel); yakni (5.987> 1,689 (5.586> 1,689) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Persepsi Kualitas pelayanan  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan Kesesuaian Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan

DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICS TEACHINGS BASED ON APOS THEORY: CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT OF STUDENT STRAIGHT LINE EQUATION

This research is an ADDIE-based research and development. Data on the development process were collected using tools validated by materiel experts, design experts, student response questionnaires and teacher responses. The results of the implementation of the use of textbooks are seen from the student activity sheets and student learning outcomes, in this study using participants from class VIII students of MTs YPI Kuala Enok totaling 28 students with a random sampling technique. The results of this development research are: (1) SMP / MTs mathematics textbooks based on the APOS theory on straight line equation material are declared suitable for use in learning activities based on the validation results of material experts and design experts. Based on the results of student and teacher responses to textbooks, they are ranked very well. (2) The effectiveness of using SMP/MTs mathematics textbooks based on the APOS (Action, Process, Object, Schema) theory of straight line equation material seen from the student activity sheet can be concluded that in the process of learning student activities. In addition, on the basis of the results of all students, the criteria for completeness were achieved, an average score of 85. Thus, from the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that textbooks based on the APOS theory are effective in constructing an understanding of the concept of straight line equations.

ANALISIS PENGUASAAN MAHASISWA PGSD FIP UNIMED TERHADAP TERMINOLOGI BAHASA LATIN DALAM MATA KULIAH KONSEP DASAR IPA

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan  mahasiswa PGSD FIP Unimed Tahun Akademik 2006/2007 akan terminologi Bahasa Latin pada mata kuliah Konsep dasar IPA SD. Populasi adalah mahasiswa PGSD  FIP Unimed dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian adalah test tertulis sebanyak 40 soal. Analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa : (1).  Rata-rata nilai kemampuan penguasaan terminologi Latin IPA SD di PGSD FIP Unimed adalah 73.53.  (2). Dampak hasil belajar yang dilakukan terhadap pencapaian daya serap siswa hanya mencapai 71.73%. Pencapaian ini termasuk kategori cukup.  Sebanyak 28.27 %  mahasiswa tidak kompeten atau tidak memiliki kemampuan terminologi latin IPA SD. Kata Kunci : Mahasiswa, Bahasa Latin, IPA

Lack of interest in children's learning in PKn subjects in Class VII1 State Junior High School 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman Regency, with the aim to find out the participation of parents in increasing students' learning interest in PKn. subjects in Class VII1 Of State Junior High School 2 Tigo Nagari Pasaman Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Using descriptive methods. Informants are determined by purposive sampling. with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Based on the results of research conducted showed that parents have provided participation in increasing students' learning interest in PKn subjects. It is seen that parents always pay attention to student lessons at home, advise students at home, parents always try to increase students' learning interest. Various participations made by parents to students at home in increasing their learning interest, especially in PKn subjects, namely: (1) Providing motivation, (2) Completing Books, (3) Encouraging, (4) Telling to learn, (5) Giving punishment, (6) Giving advice, (7) Giving rewards.

MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN WORD SQUARE PADA PELAJARAN IPS KELAS V SDN. 107400 BANDAR KHALIPAH

ABSTRAK Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kreativitas belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Word Square dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas V materi pokokjasa dan peranan tokoh pejuang dalam mempersiapkan kemerdekaan Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 107400 Bandar Khalipah. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh selama pengamatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan, tingkat kreativitas belajar siswa sebelum diberikan siklus (prasiklus) masih tergolong kurang, dimana terdapat 26 siswa (70,2%) memiliki kreativitas kurang, dan 11 siswa (29,8%) siswa pada kategori cukup. Pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan dimana terdapat 3 siswa (8,1%) siswa memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi, 22 siswa (59,4 %) memiliki kreativitas cukup, dan 12 siswa ( 32,4 %) yang memiliki kreativitas pada kategori kurang. Pada siklus II juga terjadi peningkatan yaitu 3 siswa (8,1%) memiliki kreativitas sangat tinggi, 26 siswa (70,2%) memiliki kreativitas  yang tinggi, 7 siswa (18,9%) memiliki kreativitas belajar yang cukup dan 1 orang siswa (2,7%) masih memiliki tingkat belajar kreativitas yang kurang. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Word Square pada mata pelajaran IPS dapat meningkatkan kraetivitas belajar siswa . KINERJA GURU DI SD KECAMATAN DELI TUA KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

ABSTRAK Analisis awal pada 2016 (Januari s.d Maret) terhadap 36 orang guru SD di 101801 dan SDN. 108075 Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang ditemukan Permasalaahan bahwa guru belum memenuhi butir-butir kinerja guru yang disyaratkan sesuai dengan Peraturan MENPAN dan RB No.16 Tahun 2009. yaitu: Kompetensi pedagogik, Kompetensi kepribadian, Kompetensi sosial, dan Kompetensi professional. Kegiatan Pendampingan Pemenuhan PKG bagi guru di SDN. 101801 dan SDN. 108075 Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang menjadi sebuah solusi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian dari Unimed yang dilakukan pada kegiatan kolektif profesi guru (KKG) dalam bentuk workshop , lesson study , focuss group discussion (FGD), perbaikan pembelajaran di kelas, dan penyusunan laporan perbaikan pembelajaran dalam bentuk artikel ilmiah serta penyusunan portofolio PKG. Selanjutnya luaran kegiatan ini yaitu: (1) adanya RPP guru untuk pembelajaran inovatif, (2) adanya portofolio PKG dan (3) adanya artikel ilmiah guru. PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM DAN KINERJA GURU TERHADAP PENINGKATAN MUTU LULUSAN DI SMK SWASTA SITI BANUN RANTAUPRAPAT

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi manajemen kurikulum dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu lulusan di SMK Swasta siti Banun Rantauprapat. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode explanatory survey. Objek pnelitian ini adalah SMK Swasta Siti Banun Rantuprapat. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh Guru dan pegawai tata usaha SMK siti Banun Rantauprapat yang berjumlah 80 orang. Hasil pnelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ditemukan pengaruh signifikan dari implementasi manajemen kurikulum terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan di SMK siti Banun Rantuprapat dengan fhitung 0.059 &gt; Pvalue 0,021. 2) ditemukan pengaruh signifikan dari kinerja Guru terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan di SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat di buktikan dengan nilai fhitung 0.989 &gt; Pvalue 0,021.dan 3) terlihat pengaruh signifikan dari implementasi manajemen kurikulum dan kinerja guru secara bersamaan terhadap penigkatan mutu lulusan di SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat Hal ini berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai fhitung 0.989 &gt; Pvalue 0,021. Efektivitas Leadership Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan pada Madrasah di Kota Banda Aceh

Leadership is one of essential factors in the education quality improvement at Islamic school. As a top leader, headmasters are responsible for educational practices at the institutions and their leadership effectiveness determines the institutional quality. This research sought to reveal the leadership models used by Headmasters at selected Islamic School in Municipal of Banda Aceh and the effectiveness of such models to upgrade the schools’ education quality. The research used qualitative approach with multi sites study designs and involved some research subjects, including headmasters, vice headmasters, registrar officer, and teachers. Data were obtained by using nonprobability sampling techniques, by means of interview, observation, and documentation. Soon afterwards, data were analyzed by reduction techniques, data presentation and verification. To assess data reliability, the researcher used credibility, dependability, and confirmability standard. The research findings revealed that in order to improve education quality, headmasters employed various leadership models, such as participative leadership models and delegative leadership models. Moreover, the school accreditations designate the headmasters’ leadership effectiveness and the accreditation is quality standard for every school.

Analysis Factor of Teacher Performance Mediated by Work Motivation on Productive Teachers in Vocational School

The purpose of this study is to see how Work Discipline and Financial Compensation affect Teacher Performance, as mediated by Work Motivation, among DKI Jakarta's productive business and management teachers. From May to June 2020, the research was carried out for two months. The survey method was employed in the study. The saturation sampling technique was used to create a pattern of 103 instructors. records on trainer performance and pay had been received from institutional information. The questionnaire become then used to gather facts on paintings subject and work motivation. The requirements analysis test, the traditional assumption test, the equation of path analysis, and the Sobel test are the data analysis techniques employed. The data used were normally distributed and linear, according to the results of the data analysis. The findings of this study suggest that work discipline and financial remuneration have a favorable and significant impact on job motivation. Then there is a favorable and considerable impact of work discipline, financial remuneration, and work motivation on teacher performance, even if only partially indicated. The Sobel test has shown that work discipline and financial reward have a considerable impact on teacher performance, which is mediated by work motivation.

Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dengan Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dimulai dari reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan penggunaan tiktok di kalangan anak semakin tinggi dan dimulai dari keluarga sendiri, ternyata tiktok memliki dampak negatif bagi perkembangan akhlak anak yaitu kemampuan berbahasa, motorik, sosial emosional, motorik, suka meniru hal yang buruk, menyanyikan lagu dewasa dan sebagainya, sedangkan dampak positifnya yaitu sebagai media belajar mengembangkan akhlak anak, mengasah kemampuan kogntif dan kreativitas. &lt;/p&gt;

HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR MATA KULIAH IPA KELAS TINGGI MAHASISWA PGSD TRANSFER D-II TA 2013/2014

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara kemampuan membaca dengan hasil belajar mata kuliah IPA Kelas Tinggi mahasiswa PGSD Transfer D-II T.A. 2013/2014. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa kelas S-1 Tranfer T.A. 2013/2014 sebanyak 2 kelas dan sebagai sampel dipilih I kelas dengan jumlah mahasiswa 45 orang. Instrumen penelitian adalah test kemampuan membaca dan DKN hasil belajar pada mata kuliah IPA Kelas Tinggi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis korelasi, analisis determinasi dan analisis signifikansi dengan uji t.Dari data-data hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kemampuan membaca yang ditunjukkan mahasiswa pada mata kuliah IPA Kelas Tinggi adalah sebesar 77.13 yang berada dalam kategori cukup. Selain itu juga didapatkan data bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup (0.703) antara kemampuan membaca yang dimiliki dengan hasil belajarnya pada mata kuliah IPA Kelas Tinggi Mahasiswa S-1 Transfer D-2 PGSD FIP Unimed Tahun Akademi 2013/2014. Development Of Green Economy In The Batik Industry From A Maqashid Sharia Perspective

This research aims to analyze the development of the green economy in the batik industry in Pekalongan from a sharia maqashid perspective. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data sources use primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants consisted of batik entrepreneurs and four employees. The data analysis technique uses data triangulation with stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that the home Pesisir Batik and Dudung Batik industries still need to fully implement the green economy concept. The green economy concept in the business has only been partially implemented, namely in the form of producing naturally coloured batik and minimizing batik waste. Generally, the two batik home industries cover five principles: hifz din, hifz nafs, hifz aql, hifz nasl and hifz mal. Activities to minimize waste pollution include protecting religion, life, and descendants. Likewise, with natural colouring activities on batik. Meanwhile, the sustainability of the batik business after the green economy concept consists of internal and external factors. This research can be used by industries that require consideration of moral values, namely goodness (maslahat) to preserve nature and the survival of human life.

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Diferensiasi Berbasis Masalah Berdasarkan Kesiapan Belajar Siswa terhadap Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Kelas VIII SMP

Penelitian ini didasari oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dalam memecahkan masalah serta terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kesiapan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pembelajaran diferensiasi yang disesuaikan dengan kesiapan belajar terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dalam memecahkan permasalahan. Metode yang digunakan ialah posttest only control group design, dengan sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yang dipilih secara random menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dalam bentuk soal uraian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya rata-rata skor posttest kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa di kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada di kelas kontrol. Uji-t sampel independen menunjukkan nilai signifikansinya yakni 0,000 &lt; 0,05. Analisis pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis masalah berdasarkan kesiapan belajar menunjukkan angka 15,02%. Berkenaan dengan itu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwasannya penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi berbasis masalah berdasarkan kesiapan belajar siswa memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kemampuan siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Kota Jambi dalam memecahkan permasalahan matematika.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang konsep dari wisata halal. Karena konsep wisata halal yang selama ini dicanangkan Pemerintah, oleh masyarakat dipahami dengan salah kaprah. Salah kaprah dalam memahami konsep wisata halal di tengah masyarakat tentu menimbulkan pro dan kontra. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk dalam genre penulisan literatur, yang melibatkan perolehan data dan informasi dari sumber perpustakaan seperti buku, hasil penelitian, jurnal, dan bahan bacaan lain yang masih relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menujukkan, wisata halal mencakup penyediaan fasilitas layanan halal dan lokasi wisata yang ramah bagi wisatawan Muslim, seperti tersedianya restoran atau makanan halal. Kemudian terdapatnya tempat ibadah yang memadai serta fasilitas wisata halal lainnya. Intinya, konsep wisata halal ini lebih menekankan kepada pelayanan secara syariah, bukan berarti kepada proses Islamisasi atau menabrak kearifan lokal

Implementation of integral control state feedback controller for coupled tank liquid level system

This report provides the first epidemiological evidence on tobacco, alcohol, and other drug use among school students in Panama, using data from a student survey completed in 1996. Specifically, we examine sex, age, grade level, type of school, and urban-rural variations in the occurrence of tobacco, alcohol, and other drug use. Estimates of lifetime prevalence and past-year use of these products were obtained using data from Panama's 1996 National Youth Survey on Alcohol and Drug Use (n = 6,477). To account for the multistage sampling design of the survey, all estimates and respective standard errors are derived by the Taylor series approximation method using Epi Info 6.0 CSAMPLE software. In general, more males, more older students, and more students in higher grades have used licit and illicit drugs, even though male-female differences tend to be small. Public-private school differences and urban-rural trends vary depending on the drug. The findings of this study are discussed in relation to the epidemiology and prevention of drug use in Panama. Based on these data, we seek to provide information to be used by the Government of Panama in its planning for prevention programs directed toward students in Panamanian schools.

MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KERJA LAPANGAN, INKUIRI, DISKUSI PADA PELAJARAN IPA DI KELAS V SD NEGERI 050670 PANTAI GEMI

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kerja lapangan, inkuiri dan diskusi terhadap keberhasilan belajar pada pelajaran IPA dikelas V SD Negeri 050670 Pantai Gemi Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 24 orang yang akan diberikan tindakan berupa pengajaran melalui model pembelajaran kerja lapangan, inkuiri dan diskusi. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research). Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini maka dilakukan tes hasil belajar I dan tes hasil belajar II yang berbentuk aplikasi pelajaran IPA sebanyak dua kali pertemuan. Setelah data terkumpul dan dilakukan analisis maka diperoleh hasil analisisnya : 1) Pada siklus I pertemuan 1 dari 22 orang siswa yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini, ternyata hanya 4 orang siswa (18,18%) yang sudah aktif dalam belajar, sedangkan selebihnya yaitu 18 orang siswa (81,82%) belum aktif didalam belajar. Nilai rata – rata yang diperoleh hanya mencapai 57,76. Kemudian di siklus I pertemuan kedua, dari 22 orang siswa hanya 7 orang siswa yang aktif di dalam belajar (31,18), dan terdapat 15 orang siswa yang belum aktif dalam belajar (68,82%). Dan nilai rata-rata pada siklus I pertemuan 2 adalah 60,79. 2) Kemudian setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus II sebanyak dua kali pertemuan, siswa kembali diberi test aktivitas belajar pada siklus II pertemuan 1 yang kemudian diperoleh ternyata dari 22 orang siswa, diperoleh 11 orang yang sudah aktif (50%) dan 11 orang yang belum aktif dalam belajar (50%). Dan nilai rata-rata siklus II pertemuan 1 adalah 65,75. Kemudian, di siklus II pertemuan 2, terdapat 20 orang siswa yang aktif dalam belajar (90,90%) dan 2 orang yang belum aktif dalam belajar (9,10%). Dan nilai rata-rata siklus II pertemuan 2 adalah 74,05. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar  siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining pada mata pelajaran IPA pokok bahasan cahaya dan sifatnya di SD Negeri 106164 Sambirejo Timur Tahun Ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Berdasarkan analisis data, bahwa hasil observasi motivasi belajar siswa  pada kondisi awal terdapat 5 orang siswa yang termotivasi dan  29 orang siswa tidak termotivasi dan nilai rata- rata motivasi belajar siswa adalah (14,70%), dan pada siklus I pertemuan I terdapat 11 orang siswa yang termotivasi dan 23 orang siswa yang tidak  termotivasi dan nilai rata- rata motivasi belajar siswa adalah (32,25%),dan pada siklus I pertemuan II terdapat 21 orang siswa  yang termotivasi dan 13 orang siswa yang tidak termotivasi dan nilai rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa adalah (61,76%), sedangkan pada siklus II pertemuan I terdapat  26 siswa termotivasi dan 8 orang siswa tidak termotivasi dengan diperoleh rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa adalah (76,47%), dan pada siklus II pertemuan II terdapat 33 orang siswa termotivasi dan 1 orang siswa tidak termotivasi dengan diperoleh rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa adalah (97,06%). Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining pada materi pokok sifat-sifat cahaya di SD Negeri 106164 Sambirejo Timur tahun ajaran 2013/2014. PENERAPAN MORPHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS – ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS UNTUK MEMODIFIKASI PERMAINAN KETANGKASAN TRADISIONAL GUNDU YANG MENGAKOMODASI UNSUR PERMAINAN BILLIARD

Gundu adalah mainan kecil berbentuk bulat yang terbuat dari kaca, tanah liat, atau agate. Modifikasi permainan gundu dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk melestarikan kembali permainan gundu yang sudah konvesional dimainkan pada masa sekarang. Pemilihan billiard sebagai unsur yang digunakan dalam proses modifikasi didasar atas beberapa hal diantaranya kesamaan objek yang digunakan yaitu bola kecil dan fakta billiard sebagai permainan populer. Hasil dari modifikasi adalah papan permainan beserta roleplay yang digunakan namun dari hasil tersebut diharuskan tetap menjaga meaningful play gundu dan billiard. Langkah awal yang dilakukan adalah melakukan observasi dengan rapid ethnografi. Hasil observasi yang diperoleh berupa data implisit tentang permainan gundu dan billiard yaitu budaya permainan, roleplay yang berlaku, dan sikap atau emosi dalam permainan. Kemudian untuk proses pembuatan rancangan produk diterapkan metode Analisis Morfologi dan pemilihan parameter rancangan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Kombinasi dua metode tersebut menghasilkan papan permainan dengan model papan lipat, bentuk persegi panjang, permukaan karpet karet, tepi papan dari bahan soft, 6 lubang dipermukaan papan, dan penggunan gundu ukuran jumbo / medium. MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GROUP INVESTIGATION PADA PELAJARAN IPA DIKELAS V SD

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL JOURNAL PGSD FIP UNIMED

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran group investigation dapat Meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran IPA di kelas V. Tahun Pelajaran 2013 / 2014. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan angket yang terdiri dari 4 opsional, yakni sangat sering, sering, jarang, dan tidak pernah. Dari hasil pengujian instrumen yakni validitas dan reabilitas maka diperoleh 12 item valid dari masing-masing variabel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kelompok dengan menggunakan rumus P=f/n x 100%, Berdasarkan analisis operasional dan variable bahwa operasional motivasi belajar, Sedangkan variabel group investigation yang ditandai dengan aspek tekun & ulet, aspek minat, aspek mandiri, dan aspek hasrat berada pada kategori baik. Hasil  uji data antara kedua variabel tersebut diperoleh:   P = 23,33 %  sampai 93,33%  Maka hipotesis yang berbunyi terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran group investigation di sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan lubuk pakam, tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, diterima. PENGUASAAN KONSEP DASAR IPA PADA MAHASISWA PGSD UNIMED MELALUI PENDEKATAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES

Abstrak Pendekatan keterampilan proses adalah pendekatan pembelajaran yang mengarah pada pengembangan kemampuan dasar untuk menemukan fakta dan konsep ataupun pengembangan sikap dan nilai melalui proses belajar mengajar yang telah mengaktifkan mahasiswa sehingga mampu menumbuhkan sejumlah keterampilan tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil pretest sebanyak 18 orang (69%) mahasiswa masih berada pada kategori “kurang” atau belum mencapai ketuntasan belajar minimal, dan 8 orang (31%) mahasiswa berada pada kategori “cukup”. Selanjutnya dilaksanakan pembelajaran IPA dengan pendekatan keterampilan proses, dan dilakukan observasi aktifitas mahasiswa dan diperoleh hasil, bahwa dari 8 aktifitas keterampilan proses yang mendominasi aktifitas mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran adalah aktifitas mengamati (63,5%) dan menggunakan alat dan bahan (65,4%). Selanjutnya aktifitas merencanakan penelitian (44,2%) dan mengomunikasikan hasil penelitian (44,2%) berada pada tingkat 3 dan 4 teratas. Aktifitas lainnya hanya berkisar 7% s/d 25 % dari jumlah mahasiswa. Kata kunci: Keterampilan Proses, Konsep Dasar IPA

Abstrak Pemenuhan PKG dengan menerapkan metode tutor sebaya merupakan strategi yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya baik pada dimensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan professional. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN. 101801 dan SDN 108075 Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dari Juni s.d November 2015 di SDN. 101801 dan SDN. 108075 Kecamatan Deli Tua Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan penerapan metode tutor sebaya dalam Pemenuhan Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) dari 36 orang guru terdapat 7 orang (19,44%) pada kategori baik, 12 orang (33,33%) pada kategori cukup, 9 orang (25%) pada kategori sedang, 8 orang (22,22%) pada kategori kurang. Design and development of android application for fluid properties ebook and calculator

Generally, this thesis was about designing and developing an Android application for Fluid Mechanics subject, with the Properties of Fluid subtopic. The main objective was simple, to help students understand Fluid Mechanics subject in the most effective way. This application dealt with colourful simple notes and effectual calculator to bring best out of student's understanding. There had been a number of applications related to Fluid Mechanics subject in Android App Store but it did not match student's need. A simple study was then conducted and the result came out. The prototype version of Fluid Properties was formally launched to get the response among the students and lecturers. The survey did resulting in positive feedback and the final version of the application was then introduced.

OPTIMISASI PERAWATAN BERBASIS AGE REPLACEMENT DENGAN PENDEKATAN ALGORITMA BISECTION

Makalah ini membahas tentang optimisasi menggunakan perawatan age replacement dengan pendekatan algoritma bisection. Objek penelitiannya adalah lini produksi kaca pada PT. Iglas (persero). Hasil pengambilan data didapat mesin produksi yang banyak mengalami kerusakan adalah mesin forming 1.1 dan mesin forming 1.2, dengan komponen krisisnya adalah arm neckring, dengan distribusi kerusakan dari komponen tersebut adalah lognormal dengan nilai mean 2,6 dan standart deviasi 1,36 pada mesin forming 1.1 dan mean 3 dan standart deviasi 2 untuk mesin forming 1.2. Berdasarkan optimisasi menggunakan metode bisection diperoleh bahwa waktu optimum untuk melakukan tindakan age replacement pada komponen arm neckring rata-rata yaitu 28,125 hari = 675 jam untuk mesin forming 1.1 dan 20,15631 hari = 483,7514 jam untuk mesin forming 1.2.

Abstrak Pengendali rudder roket  menggunakan kontrol PID agar pada saat roket diluncurkan dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Dengan menggunakan kontrol PID akan mempercepat respon pergerakan sirip. Perencanaan dan pembuatan alat dibangun dengan menggunakan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perangkat keras yang digunakan yaitu modul gy 52, mikrokontroler ATmega8, motor servo dan mekanik. Sedangkan perangkat lunak yang digunakan yaitu software sebagai alat pengendali. dalam pembuatan alat yang dimaksud supaya dapat berfungsi dengan baik, maka diperlukan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang karakteristik dan cara kerja komponen-komponen yang digunakan. Hal ini perlu dikuasai sebaik-baiknya untuk menghindari kesalahan penggunaan komponen yang mengakibatkan kegagalan dalam pembuatan alat. Pada perencanaan hardware akan meliputi seluruh perihal yang digunakan pada sistem. pada perencanaan software merupakan piranti lunak meliputi flowchart dan software secara umum. perangkat tersebut saling terintegrasi sehingga dalam kerjanya dapat maksimal sesuai apa yang diharapkan. ONLINE MONITORING SISTEM DISTRIBUSI TENAGA LISTRIK BERBASIS ARDUINO

Pertumbuhan populasi manusia dan perkembangan teknologi selalu diiringi oleh peningkatan konsumsi energi. Salah satu bentuk energi yang banyak digunakan saat ini adalah energi listrik, seperti pada kegiatan industri, perkantoran, pendidikan, kegiatan rumah tangga, dan lain sebagainya. Kualitas energi listrik menjadi sangat penting untuk diketahui. Besaran listrik seperti tegangan, arus, daya, faktor daya, energi dan frekuensi merupakan parameter-parameter yang berkaitan dengan kualitas sistem tenaga listrik. Besaran listrik cendrung berfluktuasi akibat dari perubahan beban maupun keadaan abnormal. Fluktuasi besaran listrik yang melebihi batas toleransi standar dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan menyebabkan kerusakan pada peralatan listrik jika tidak segera dideteksi dan dikendalikan. Oleh karenanya penting untuk mengetahui kondisi tersebut guna melakukan berbagai tindakan yang mungkin dilakukan. Online monitoring sistem distribusi tenaga listrik berbasis arduino adalah solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Sistem monitoring ini memanfaatkan arduino dan internet untuk memantau besaran listrik. Sistem ini telah diimplementasikan di Gedung H Fakultas teknik Universitas Lampung (UNILA), khusunya pada panel distribusi tiga fase Jurusan Teknik Mesin dan Jurusan Teknik Elektro. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor arus dan sensor tegangan. Arduino digunakan untuk pengolahan data. Semua data dikirim ke server, kemudian disimpan dan ditampilkan di web. Sistem ini mempuyai fungsi pemantau, akuisisi, dan data logging. Selain itu, sisem ini dapat melakukan pemantauan secara real-time, data pengukuran juga tersimpan oleh sistem. Data ini dapat digunakan kembali untuk berbagai keperluan analisis ketenaga-listrikan dimasa akan datang seperti untuk keperluan estimasi dan perencanaan. One of energy that is widely used nowadays is electrical energy, which are used in industrial, offices, education, household activities, etc. The quality of electrical energy becomes very important to be monitered. Electrical quantities such as voltage, current, power, power factor, energy and frequency are the related parameters to the quality of the electric power system. Electrical quantities tends to be fluctuated due to the changes in loads or abnormal circumstances. The fluctuations of electrical quantities that exceed the standard tolerance limit may affect power system performance as well as the damage in electrical equipments if they are not immediately detected and controlled. It is important to monitor the conditions in order to perform various actions that may be done. Online monitoring of power distribution system based on arduino is a solution to solve the problems. This monitoring system utilizes the arduino and the internet to monitor the electrical quanities. The system has been implemented in H Building, Faculty of Engineering University of Lampung (UNILA), especially in three-phase distribution panels at Mechanical Engineering Department and Department of Electrical Engineering. Measurements have been done using current sensors and voltage sensors. The arduino was used to perform data processing. All data is transmitted to the server, and then they are stored and displayed in the web. This system has the functions of monitoring, acquisition, and data logging. Besides, the system could monitor the electrical energy in real-time, data of electrical energy would save by the system. It could be used for research of power analysis in the future, such as for estimation and planning purposes. Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Struktur Aljabar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika dalam Pembelajaran Berbasis Creative Problem Solving

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah proses pembelajaran struktur aljabar berbasis Creative Problem Solving (CPS) yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan terhadap mahasiswa pendidikan matematika yang terdiri dari 30 orang selama 6 bulan 2 siklus. Dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah diperoleh bahwa proses pembelajaran berbasis CPS efektif meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mahasiswa dengan langkah-langkah kegiatan membaca dan meresume materi yang akan dipelajari terlebih dahulu di rumah, mengerjakan tugas pemecahan masalah yang bervariasi, menghafal defenisi-defenisi dan teorema-teorema yang telah dipelajari, mengkaji strategi-strategi pemecahan masalah dan memilih yang paling sesuai untuk digunakan, mengerjakan dan menguraikan langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah menggunakan bahasa sendiri, serta mempresentasikan hasil penyelesaian masalah secara bergiliran. Semua kegiatan tersebut untuk menunjang pelaksanaan CPS yang terdiri dari klarifikasi masalah, pengungkapan gagasan, evaluasi dan seleksi serta implementasi. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang diperoleh mahasiswa secara klasikal 80% dengan rata-rata 70 (baik), serta nilai akhir mata kuliah mencapai 97% dengan rata-rata 74,67.Kata Kunci: Creative Problem Solving, Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah.&#x0D; The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the steps of the structural learning process of creative problem solving (CPS) that is effective in improving students' algebraic problem solving skills. This research is a Class Action Research. The implementation of this study within a period of six months with two cycles of research subjects of mathematics education students of 30 people. By using observation sheets and tests of problem solving abilities it was found that the process of CPS based learning effectively improved the structural problem solving abilities of the students' schools. Steps for reading and reviewing the material that will be studied first at home, working on various problem solving tasks, memorizing definitions and theorems that have been studied, reviewing problem solving strategies and choosing the most suitable to use, working on and outlining the problem solving steps using their own language, and presenting the results of problem solving in turn. All these activities are to support the implementation of CPS stages which consist of problem clarification, idea disclosure, evaluation and selection and implementation. Problem solving abilities obtained by students achieve 80% success classically with an average value of 70, Furthermore, the success resulted in the final grade of the Algebra Structure course with a fairly good minimum value of 97% with an average value of 74.67.Keywords: Creative Problem Solving, Problem Solving Skill

Budaya Damai Orang Madura: Tindakan Prososial dan Altruisme pada Tradisi Kolom Bhâkoh

ABSTRAK&#13;\n&#13;\nBelakangan ini masih sering di jumpai tentang pemikiran negative tentang orang Madura. Seringkali mereka mengaitkan orang Madura dengan kekerasan seperti bengis, kasar, dan suka bikin kerusuhan. Sayangnya, stereotip ini terus beranak-pinak dikalangan masyarakat luar Madura. Fenomena ini akan merugikan masyarakat Madura karena semakin terkucilkan. Padahal orang Madura memiliki tingkah laku yang baik dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang tidak banyak orang mengetahuinya. Tingkah laku yang baik itu perlu dikaji sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa orang Madura memiliki perilaku dan sikap yang baik. Perilaku dan sikap baik itu dapat diamati melalui kearifan lokal masyarakat Madura.&#13;\n&#13;\nKearifan lokal orang Madura yang didasari nilai-nilai kedamaian cukup beragam diantaranya adalah tradisi Kolom Bhâkoh yang merupakan sebuah tradisi masyarakat Madura yang masih banyak di jumpai pada masa ini. Kolom Bhâkoh adalah potret kehidupan orang Madura yang mengandung nilai-nilai sosial seperti kepedulian, kekompakan dan empati. Tradisi memiliki kegiatan kegiatan berupa menolong, gotong royong, dan bersedekah.&#13;\n&#13;\nPenelitian ini dilakukan melalui kajian etnografi kebudayaan berupa tradisi Kolom Bhâkoh yang dilaksanakan di desa Tebul Timur, Pegantenan Pamekasan. Adapun durasi waktu yang di tempuh yaitu tiga belas bulan dengan tiga peristiwa tradisi Kolom Bhâkoh sebagai cara untuk pengambilan data. Melalui metode kualitatif yang melibatkan 4 subjek ZI, PR, AG &amp; KK untuk memperoleh data wawancara, observasi lapangan sebagai data temuan, dan pengambilan gambar sebagai data fisik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tindakan-tindakan yang didasari oleh nilai-nilai kedamaian dalam tradisi Kolom Bhâkoh. Nilai-nilai damai tersebut berupa altruisme dan prososial yang merupakan bentuk dati aplikasi falsafah Madura yaitu Rampak Naong.&#13;\n&#13;\nABSTRACT&#13;\n&#13;\nLately still often encountered about negative thinking about the Madurese. Often they associate Madurese with violence such as cruel, rude, and likes to riot. Unfortunately, these stereotypes continue to proliferate among the people outside Madura. This phenomenon will harm Madurese society because they will be more isolated. Whereas the Madurese have good behavior in everyday life that not many people know. Good behavior that needs to be studied so that it can be seen that the Madurese have good behavior and attitude. Such good behavior and attitudes can be observed through the local wisdom of the Madurese.&#13;\n&#13;\nThe local wisdom of the Madurese based on the values of peace is quite diverse, among others, the Kolom Bhâkoh tradition which is a tradition of Madurese society that is still widely encountered during this period. The Kolom Bhâkoh is a portrait of Madurese life that contains social values such as caring, compactness and empathy. Tradition has activities in the form of help, mutual assistance, and charity.&#13;\n&#13;\nThis research was conducted through cultural ethnography study in the form of Kolom Bhâkoh tradition which was carried out in Tebul Timur village, PegantenanPamekasan. The duration of time in the trip were thirteen months with three events Kolom Bhâkoh traditions as a way to retrieve data. Through qualitative methods involving 4 subjects ZI, PR, AG &amp; KK to obtain interview data, field observation as the findings data, and taking pictures as physical data research. The results show that there are actions based on the values of peace in the Kolom Bhâkoh tradition. These peaceful values are altruism and prosocial driven by Rampak Naong.

This system was developed using HTML, PHP, and Codeigniter Framework by using the MYSQL storage format that uses the database. The development method used is the model of waterfall development. This system has 3 actors, namely Admin, Lecturer and Student, each of which has different functions and features, for admin it is useful to install various kinds of data such as adding lecturer, student, information data and admin also looking for documents needed by students , while for students working to choose a supervisor, registering namely sempro and semhas registration, students can also send progress made to supervisors with this system all of which can be done online or face-to-face directly to the supervisor, while lecturers can see overseeing student guidance both monitoring the results of the documents sent and the lecturer can also validate the student's guidance in the selection of supervisors and collecting documents, this system utilizes the collaboration feature between documents and documents used there is a file with the extension doc, to test it done by testing blackbox and UAT (User Acceptance Test).

Looking at the data distribution of the population, the District of Bagan Sinembah is a region with the highest population density is ± 163.02 inhabitants /km2. The population is too big and is not comparable with the availability of jobs will cause a portion of the population who are at working age do not get a job. In Sub Chart Sinembah main source of income, the majority of the population is mostly of farm incomes and growing industrial large-scale palm oil processing. Subdistrict Chart Sinembah small and medium industries have the largest network in Rokan Hilir. Empowerment of small and medium industries are potentially in overcoming job seekers in the district of Rokan Hilir Chart Sinembah 2014.Based on the results of this study concluded that the empowerment and the development potential of small and medium industries in the District Bagan Sinembah more focused on industrial activity based on democratic economy, advanced, competitive, and independent and contribute positively to the economic life of the people in the industrial sector and trade. One objective of the empowerment of small and medium industries are the insistence on the SME entrepreneurs are able to expand the economic base and provide significant contributions in expanding employment opportunities, namely by increasing the region's economy and economic security districts.

INTERFERENSI FONETIK DALAM KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA; STUDI ANALISIS DESKRIPTIF DI LINGKUNGAN MAHASISWA STAI SYAICHONA MOH. CHOLIL BANGKALAN

ABSTRAK: Dalam penelitian yang sudah dianalisis bahwa penggunaan bahasa Arab di kampus STAI Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan terdapat interferensi fonetik (Ashwat) yang muncul ketika berkomunikasi, terutama dalam penggunaan bahasa Arab sehingga dapat diinterpretasikan secara seksama yaitu untuk membenahi sebuah fonetik yang berbeda berdasarkan kosakata, tata bahasa (Gramatikal) dan pengucapan (Fonologi). Perbedaan dalam pengucapan sebuah kata dan kalimat yang sering terjadi di lingkungan mahasiswa PBA STAI Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan, misalnya “ فقط menjadi “ فاقط sehingga hal tersebut terdengar seperti ada huruf alif setelah huruf fa, padahal kata aslinya tidak ada huruf alif setelah huruf fa. Contoh lain misalnya نحن نتكلم menjadi نحنو نتكلمو seolah-olah ada huruf wau setelah nun dan mim. Hal mendasar inilah yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ilimiah ini, sehingga peneliti pun berharap dengan adanya penelitian ini bisa lebih mengungkap tentang fenomena fonetik dalam berinteraksi menggunakan bahasa Arab yang baik dan benar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, dimana peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk memperoleh data dan informasi terkait dengan penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus, disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk meneliti, mengkaji kemudian memberi solusi terhadap peristiwa interferensi fonetik dalam keterampilan berbicara di kalangan mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Arab STAI Syaichona Moh. Cholil Bangkalan. Sedangkan pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua rumusan masalah: 1. Bagaimanakah bentuk-bentuk interferensi fonetik pada keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab mahasiswa Pendidikan Bahasa Arab STAI Syaichona Moh. PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI TATA NASKAH DINAS DAN KEARSIPAN SECARA DIGITAL (Studi Kasus : Tata Naskah Dinas Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi dokumen Tata Naskah Dinas dan Kearsipan secara digital berbasis web. Banyak jumlah surat yang dibuat dan diterima dibagian administrasi Tata Naskah Dinas Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia, sehingga pencarian data akan menjadi tidak efisien dalam hal waktu dan tenaga dengan menggunakan sistem manual. Sehingga penulis merasa perlu membangun Sistem Informasi untuk melakukan Pengarsipan digital menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Agile Methode dan bahasa pemrograman Xampp, PHPMyAdmin dengan Database MySQL. Pada tahapan digitalisasi dokumen, Penulis menggunakan alat scanner untuk mengubah dokumen Hardcopy menjadi Softcopy, kemudian disimpan ke sebuah Database untuk memudahkan dalam pencarian dan penyimpanan dokumen. Aplikasi ini dirancang menggunakan UML dan Agile Method. Dengan adanya pengembangan Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Secara Digital, memudahkan bagian administrasi Tata Naskah Dinas dalam mengelola pengarsipan surat dari yang manual menjadi digital, serta sangat membantu pegawai dalam melakukan pembuatan surat di Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia.

This study aims (1) to describe the structure that builds the novel Feeling Smart, Stupid Just Do Not Have the Work of Rusdi Mathari; (2) describe the religious values contained in the novel Feeling Smart, Stupid Just Don't Have the Work of Rusdi Mathari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The object of this study is the religious value in the novel Feeling smart, Stupid Just Do Not Have the Work of Rusdi Mathari. The data in this study are in the form of words, phrases, sentences and paragraphs and events that exist in the novel Feeling Smart, Stupid Only Do not Have the work of Rusdi Mathari. The data source used is the primary data source in the form of Feeling Smart, Just Stupid Do Not Have the Work of Rusdi Mathari and secondary data sources namely the Design of High School Learning Implementation. Data collection techniques using the library method, refer to and record. Data analysis techniques in this study used the dialectical method. Based on the results of the study can be concluded as follows. (1) the structure that builds the novel Feeling Smart, Stupid, Not Having Rusdi Mathari's work is focused on: plot, characterization and setting. The flow in the novel Feeling Smart, Just Stupid Doesn't Have to use a forward flow, the main character is Cak Dlahom, the characteristics of each character are based on three dimensions, namely physiological, psychological, and sociological; place settings include Mat Piti's house, Cak Dlahom's house, goat pen, mosque, Pak Lurah's house and Dusel village; the time setting in this novel is the month of Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr; social background is the social background of the life of Cak Dlahom and the people of Dusel village. (2) Religious values contained in the novel Feeling Smart, Just Stupid Do Not Have the work of Rusdi Mathari (a) the value of aqidah education (faith), (b) the value of sharia education (worship), (c) the value of moral education (character). The results of this study can be implemented as literary teaching materials in high schools.

KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH MATEMATIKA BERDASARKAN TAMBYCHIK’S THEORY PADA BRAIN BASED LEARNING DISMPN 41 SEMARANG

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah merupakan salah satu kemampuan matematis yang harus dikuasai siswa. Model yang tepat juga dapat memperbaiki proses pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Brain Based Learning (BBL) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa berdasarkan thambychik’s theory dengan penerapan model BBL menggunakan kriteria ketuntasan belajar, menguji perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa berdasarkan thambychik’s theory dengan penerapan model BBL dan model pembelajaran ekspositori, dan mendiskripsikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa berdasarkan thambychik’s theory dengan penerapan model BBL. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan mix methods (metode campuran) dengan menggunakan strategi triangulasi konkuren. Dalam penelitian kuantitatif mengambil sampel dan populasi dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling.Pada penelitian kualitatif diambil 6 subjek penelitian secara purposive sampling, yang dipilih masing-masing 2 siswa dari tiap kelompok yang ditentukan berdasarkan hasil tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa berdasarkan tambychick’s theory dengan penerapan model BBL mencapai kriteria ketuntasan klasikal; (2) kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswaberdasarkan tambychick’s theory dengan penerapan model BBL lebih baik daripada kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswaberdasarkan tambychick’s theory dengan penerapan model ekspositori; (3) subjek kelompok atas A-13 dan A-33 mampu memecahkan masalah berdasarkan Tambychik’s theory; (4) subjek kelompok sedang A-16 dan A-7 mampu membaca dan memahami masalah serta menyusun strategi penyelesaian, namun kurang mampu memecahkan masalah dan tidak mampu memeriksa kembali kebenaran jawaban akhir dan langkah pengerjaan; (5) subjek kelompok bawah A-27 dan A-29 kurang mampu memecahkan masalah berdasarkan Tambychik’s theory.

Abstract: Improving Ability to Complete the Problem of the Story by Using the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) Learning Model in Mathematics Learning at Class V SDN 101769 Tembung. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the ability to solve story problems in mathematics using the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) learning model on the multiplication and fraction division material in VB class SD Negeri 101769 Tembung. This type of research is classroom action research with 32 research subjects in Class V SD Negeri 101769 Tembung. The results of data analysis of 32 students obtained a significant increase from the initial test to posttest I and followed up in the second cycle with the acquisition of the ability to solve story questions for the very low category of 2 students (6.25%), low category 1 student (3.125% ), the medium category was 4 students (12.5%), the high category was 6 students (18.75%), and the very high category was 19 students (59.375%), with a claxical average of 87.87. Based on the results of the above analysis it can be concluded that using the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) learning model can improve the ability to solve story problems in mathematics subjects in class V SD Negeri 101769 Tembung.Keyword: Ability to Solve Story Problems, Fractions, Realistic Mathematic EducationAbstrak: Meningkatkan Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Soal Cerita Dengan Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika di Kelas V SDN 101769 Tembung. Hasil analisis data dari 32 siswa diperoleh tedapat peningkatan secara signifikan dari tes awal ke posttest I dan ditindaklanjuti pada siklus II dengan perolehan nilai kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita untuk kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 2 siswa (6,25%), kategori rendah 1 siswa (3,125%), kategori sedang 4 siswa (12,5%), kategori tinggi 6 siswa (18,75%), dan kategori sangat tinggi 19 siswa (59,375%), dengan rata-rata klaksikal sebesar 87,87. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menyelesaikan soal cerita pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas V SD Negeri 101769 Tembung.Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Menyelesaikan Soal Cerita, Pecahan, RealisticMathematic Education

Khusyuk Dalam Solat: Analisis Perbandingan Makna Khusyuk Diantara Tafsir Al-Jalalayn Dan Tafsir Melayu Nusantara

Khusyuk adalah salah satu sifat penting yang dijelaskan oleh al- Quran dan al-Sunnah dengan pengertian yang sangat luas dan mendalam. Bagi orang yang beriman, khusyuk adalah salah satu sifat yang perlu ada pada dirinya kerana sifat ini dapat membawa kejayaan dan kecemer- langan dalam hidupnya. Pada hakikatnya khusyuk mempunyai pengertian yang sangat luas serta berkait dengan hampir keseluruhan hidup manusia. Justeru apakah pengertian khusyuk yang sebenarnya. Apakah maksud khusyuk menurut pengertian yang dijelaskan dari sudut bahasa Arab? Apakah pula pengertian khusyuk yang dikupas dan yang ditafsirkan di dalam al-Quran?Lantaran itu, kajian ini adalah bertujuan untuk menge- tahui dan meninjau dengan mendalam pengertian khusyuk dari kupasan dan huraian bahasa Arab. Kajian ini juga adalah untuk meneroka dan menganalisis penggunaan dan makna khusyuk yang terdapat dalam al- Quran. Bagi mencapai objektif ini maka metod kajian kualitatif digunakan, iaitu analisis dokumen. Analisis dokumen dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua jenis dokumen, iaitu primer dan sekunder. Dokumen primer dirujuk pada empat kitab tafsir berbahasa Arab. Sementara doku- men sekunder diperolehi daripada mucjam dan kamus bahasa Arab yang pelbagai serta laman sesawang yang berwibawa. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa khusyuk yang berasal daripada akar kata kha-sha-‘a dalam sem- bilan kamus bahasa Arab mempunyai 11 makna. Bahkan hampir semua sepakat menyamakannya dengan khudu’ dan membezakannya pada hati. Dalam al-Quran didapati ia disebut sebanyak 17 kali dalam 16 surah yang berbeza dan mempunyai pengertian yang luas. Para pentafsir mentafsirkan perkataan khusyuk ini sesuai dengan penggunaan perkataan khusyuk tersebut. Namun begitu, secara amnya semua pentafsir mentafsirkan perkataan khusyuk dengan khuduc dan tawadu’ serta perkataan-perkataan yang sama maksud dengannya sesuai dengan konteks ayat tersebut. Implikasi dari pengertian khusyuk menurut al- Quran dan al-hadith ini adalah sangat besar, khasnya dari sudut pema- haman kepada masyarakat. Dapatan ini dilihat dapat memberi sum- bangan baru bagi memahami pengertian khusyuk yang sebenar.

Implementasi corporate social responsibility dalam perspektif etika bisnis islam (studi kasus di PT. Pisma Putra Textile Kabupaten Pekalongan).

Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan atau CSR dapat dikatakan sebagai kontribusi perusahaan terhadap tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan cara manajemen dampak terhadap pemangku seluruh kepentingannya. CSR sebuah perusahaan berkenaan dengan etika bisnis. Disini terdapat tanggung jawab moral perusahaan baik terhadap karyawan perusahaan maupun masyarakat disekitar perusahaan. Oleh karena itu berkaitan pula dengan moralitas, yaitu sebagai standar bagi individu atau sekelompok mengenai benar dan salah, baik dan buruk. Sebab etika merupakan tata cara yang menguji standar moral seseorang atau standar moral masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi CSR perusahaan PT Pisma Putra Textile Kabupaten Pekalongan serta untuk menganalisis implementasi CSR tersebut dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menggambarkan dan menganalisis permasalahan yang dikemukakan. Penelitian kualitatif didasarkan pada data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Dengan mengunakan metode uji keabsahan data yang kemudian di analisis menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk mencari hasil kesimpulan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwaImplementasi Corporate Social Responsibility yang dilakukan PT.Pisma Putra Textile kabupaten Pekalongan secara umum lebih mengarah kepada bantuan sosial seperti pembagian sembako dan sarung setiap hari raya idul fitri, santunan anak yatim piatu setiap bulan ramadhan, pembagian daging atau hewan qurban setiap hari raya idul adha, donor darah, dan bantuan sosial lain yang sifatnya insendental seperti bantuan untuk korban banjir dan bencana alam yang lainnya. Secara umum implementasi CSR PT Pisma Putra Textile sudah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam hanya saja untuk implementasinya masih tergolong kecil dan belum bisa dikatakan mensejahterakan masyarakat.

Reserves and Resources Management: A Continuous Improvement of the Business Processes

Abstract Managing oil and gas reserves and resources of Pertamina, an Indonesia state owned energy company, has always been challenging processes as the company's portfolio is sparsely located throughout Indonesia. Moreover, since November 2013 the company has also managed its international assets spread across three regions, namely Africa, Asia, and Middle East. In total, there are ~480 fields and ~870 geological structures with different degree of geological background, environment, uncertainty, and maturity of the fields/projects. Obviously, to cope with all those complexities, Reserves Management Department need to figure out its way to properly manage reserves and resources of the company. Reserves and resources of oil and gas is a key strategic priority of the company. It is aligned with both portfolio management and development and production of the assets. Company decision in terms of work program and budget is also mainly derived from reserves and resources potential of the projects. Therefore, to obtain a standardized reserves and resources management, the company has launched company guideline which is mainly influenced by SPE Petroleum Resources Management System (SPE-PRMS, 2007). SPE-PRMS is a project-based system, where reserves and resources estimation, categorization, and classification are on project basis. To properly manage all the projects, since 2019, Reserves Management Department introduced a tool named Project Box which enable reserves analyst to properly map all the projects, evaluate the portfolio, and monitor the progress of the project both in development and exploration phase. Furthermore, to be aligned with company's digitalization campaign, all the reserves and resources data, Project Box, and many other strategic information are stored and maintained in an in-house software named Promyst which will be launched in early 2021. This tool will enhance data accessibility for both management and analyst, increase data integrity and security, provide data analysis platform, moreover this software could also generate cost efficiency for the company. In 2017, along with the final version of the company guideline, the company has fully adapted PRMS. This paper will explain how the company adapt PRMS to its company guideline in which some necessary adjustments took place with respect to company's business processes, the application of Project Box throughout all company's subsidiaries, and implementation of Promyst along with its features and future projection of the software. The result and benefit of implementing those items will be explained in this paper. These extensive works performed by the Reserves Management Department contribute significantly to the company not only for technical but also for commercial aspects therefore promoting a good corporate strategic planning and decision making.

PENYULUHAN MENGENAI PERILAKU HIDUP BERSIH DAN SEHAT (PHBS) PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI DESA SINGOCANDI

Corona Virus or Covid-19 (Corona Virus Disease-19) has been defined by WHO (World Health Organization) as a new type of disease caused by infection with the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV-2). Corona virus has a high transmission rate, and can cause death in the elderly and individuals with serious illnesses. Patients infected with the virus initially show symptoms like the common cold (fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat) muscle aches, headaches) but if not treated immediately will lead to severe symptoms such as diarrhea and pneumonia. Even some patients who have a history of comorbidities if they are infected can be at risk of death. The government has issued a policy in the form of a health protocol that must be implemented by every individual as a step to break the chain of transmission of Covid-19. One type of the protocol implements Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS). Singocandi Village is one of the villages located in Kota District, Kudus. The large number of community activities that residents participate in has the potential to spread the Covid-19 outbreak. The implementation of the Health protocol in Singocandi Village has not been fully implemented, this is due to a lack of information regarding how to apply the Health protocol properly and correctly. Based on the results obtained, the enthusiasm of the community from the extension activities was very good, this can be seen from the formation of clean and healthy behavior activities (PHBS) and the implementation of health protocols in every activity carried out in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic

Risk Assessment of Photokeratitis Among the Welders of Gamelan Gongs in Ponorogo, Indonesia

Introduction: Welding is one of the activities in the manufacture of gamelan gong which has the potential for causing photokeratitis in workers. Photokeratitis can occur as a result of acute exposure to UV rays in the eyes of workers. Risk assessment was used to determine the magnitude of the risk of several factors causing photokeratitis. The purpose of the study was to analyze the risk of photokeratitis among the welders of gamelan gongs in Ponorogo Regency based on the concept of epidemiology. Methods: The research design was cross sectional which was carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic in May 2021. The population of this study was welders making gamelan gongs in Ponorogo, Indonesia. There were six respondents selected using the non-probability sampling technique. Data was collected by interviews, discussions, and observations. The variables, namely host, agent, and environment, were identified as risk factors, then risk analysis was carried out using the semi-quantitative technique by taking into account the level of frequency and severity. The risk evaluation was completed using the ALARP concept. Results: The causative factors of photokeratitis found within the host category were age and working period, which was considered moderate risk, and PPE use behavior, which was considered high risk. In the agent category, the intensity of UV exposure was considered high-risk. The environmental factors, namely working time, exposure distance, and welding location were considered moderate risk. Conclusion: The factors of photokeratitis still exist, thus continuous control efforts are needed.

Retaining wall is a type of turf that is used to prevent soil from collapsing. Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data can be used to calculate the limit bearing capacity. The purpose of this research is to calculate the limit bearing capacity, to analyze retaining walls and soil stability and to calculate the depth of the pile foundation of retaining walls. This type of research method is quantitative and qualitative research. The research results were obtained based on the soil structure profile of the SPT test results for foundation depth, in which the relative density level of the sand layer can be known, namely N: 0–4 very loose. N :4–10 Release. N : 10–30 Moderate. N : 30–50 Solid. N :&gt;50 Very Dense. And the relative density level of the clay layer can be known, namely N : 0–2 Very Soft. N : 2–4 Soft. N : 4–8 Moderate. N : 8–15 Hard/Stiff. M : 15–30 Very Loud. N : &gt;30 Dense: sedimentary soil type consisting of rocky sandy loam (0.00 – 4.80 m). The carrying capacity using the targazhi method is 29.14 tons. Using the Mayerhof method of 184.45 tonnes. For the soil type of this steel bridge project, the penetration depth of the soil foundation is 6.50m.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE VIDEO CRITIC METHOD ON THE UNDERSTANDING OF MORALS OF CLASS IX STUDENTS OF MTS AL-ITTIHADIYAH PANGKALAN MANSYUR

This research aims to determine the effect of the video criticism method on understanding morals in class IX MTs students. The type of research carried out was quantitative with an experimental method using a One Group Pretest and Post Test Design research design. The population in this study were all IX students of MTs Al Ittihadiyah Pangkalan Mansyur, with a sample selected using the Non Probability Sampling technique, namely class IX Ali, totaling 29 people. The data collection techniques used were pretest and posttest. The results of research using the IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) v.25 data processing program show that the average (mean) post test score was 76.38, while the average (mean) pretest score was 44.14. With the highest pretest score of 55 and post test of 90, the difference in score obtained is 35 (90-55). This shows that the video criticism method is able to improve students' moral understanding very well. Based on the mean difference test with Paired Sample T-test analysis on IBM SPSS Statistics v.25, the sign value (2-tailed) = 0.00 was obtained which was compared with the calculated result of sign a = 0.05 with a confidence level of 95%. From the results of these calculations, the sign is 0.00 ≤ 0.05, which means that H_0 is rejected or H_1 is accepted. Thus, the average student post test score is higher than the average student pretest score.

AbstractThe understanding of students, their learning methods, and cognitive characteristics are important aspects of classroom learning management. Fractional math problems require reasoning and mathematical logic, so to complete the gap in previous research, namely how types of intelligence form patterns of student thought processes, this study examines the level of student understanding and problem-solving strategies for fractions based on STIFin intelligence characteristics. This research uses a mixed-method approach in data collection. The research instrument uses the Fraction Sense Test (FST) and interviews and STIFin tests. The study involved 16 fourth-grade students of SD 47 Kota Jambi. The results showed that students with the thinking intelligence type scored the highest compared to sensing, intuiting, and feeling. Furthermore, there are four strategies students use in developing problem-solving strategies for fractions: (1) comparing fractions using other simple benchmark fractions like ½, (2) comparing fractions based on the denominator and numerator, (3) creating a fraction representation in the form of flat shapes to understand and compare fractions.

ANALYSIS OF PSEUDO THINKING PROCESS SKILLS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS THROUGH ETHNOMATHEMATICS BASED PROBLEM SOLVING

This research aims to analyze process skills in pseudo-thinking through ethnomathematics-based problem solving in elementary school students. The subjects used in this research were 4 students from class IVB of SD Negeri 76 Muaro Jambi involving 4 subjects, namely 2 male and female subjects who thought pseudo-true and 2 male and female subjects who thought pseudo-false. Data collection techniques in this research used tests, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used in this research includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research procedures carried out in this research include the pre-field stage, field work stage, and data analysis stage. The results of the study stated that the four subjects showed various characteristics in using pseudo thinking patterns when answering mathematics questions. Each subject has abilities in several aspects of process skills in pseudo-true thinking, such as observing information, however, they still have shortcomings and difficulties in explaining the calculation process, communicating results, and understanding mathematical concepts as a whole. Consequently, further development is required to improve their processing skills in pseudo-thinking.

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kegiatan pengabdian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keluarga akan pentingnya pengelolaan anggaran dalam rumah tangga guna menciptakan harmoni keluarga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran anggota keluarga tentang pentingnya merencanakan dan mengelola anggaran dalam rumah tangga. Ditemukan bahwa pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pengelolaan anggaran membantu mengurangi konflik di dalam keluarga, meningkatkan komunikasi antaranggota keluarga, serta meningkatkan kualitas hubungan interpersonal. Evaluasi kegiatan ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan partisipatif dalam proses pembelajaran, yang memungkinkan anggota keluarga untuk merasa lebih terlibat dan bertanggung jawab dalam pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya terus menerus melakukan edukasi dan pelatihan tentang manajemen keuangan dalam konteks rumah tangga guna menciptakan keluarga yang harmonis dan sejahtera secara finansial dan emosional.

This leadership aims to develop the existing of religious culture in the madrasah environment.The objectives of this study are 1) Describing the leadership of the madrasah headmaster in developing religious culture 2) Describing the supporting and inhibiting factors of the headmaster's leadership in developing a religious culture 3) Describing the results of the development of religious culture through the leadership of the head of madrasah.This study is a field research, which is conducted directly with the object of research and the data collection is carried out in the field. With this descriptive qualitative research, the researcher tries to reveal the implementation of the leadership of the madrasah headmaster in developing a religious culture in MA Nurul Huda al-Banat Situbondo. The result of this study is the leadership of the madrasah headmaster in developing religious culture in madrasah is to carry out the leadership role of the headmaster, namely as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. The supporting factors are the existence of facilities and infrastructure that support religious activities and the existence of teachers who have deep religious knowledge. The inhibiting factor is that the environment still considers madrasah to be less prestigious than public schools in general, a lack of understanding of the development of religious culture, the lack of role models given by teachers, the influence of technological culture, and the absence of training given by the head of madrasah to teachers in the implementation of religious culture.

Peningkatan Ketrampilan Berfikir Computational Thinking Dalam Pembelajaran Berbasis Programming-Matematika Menggunakan Menggunakan Scratch

Enhancing computational thinking in mathematics education is critical in today’s digital era. To address this need, the Mathematics Subject Teachers’ Group (MGMP) of Jambi City participated in a focused training program that integrated Scratch into mathematics instruction. The program comprised a pre-training needs survey, an intensive hands‐on workshop, and classroom implementation. Pre‐ and post‐training assessments revealed that 90% of participating teachers increased their understanding of Scratch‐based teaching, leading to an average 80% improvement in their computational thinking skills. In classroom trials, 85% of students exhibited higher engagement when teachers applied Scratch‐based activities. Furthermore, 90% of teachers reported greater confidence in designing and delivering technology‐enhanced mathematics lessons. These findings demonstrate that Scratch is an effective platform for supporting innovative, technology‐driven mathematics instruction, yielding measurable gains in both teacher competencies and student engagement. Abstrak. Peningkatan keterampilan berpikir komputasional menjadi hal yang esensial dalam pendidikan matematika, khususnya di era digital saat ini. Kelompok Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Matematika Kota Jambi membutuhkan pelatihan khusus yang dapat mengintegrasikan pemrograman dalam pembelajaran matematika untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir komputasional guru dan siswa. Pelatihan ini dirancang dengan mengedepankan penggunaan aplikasi Scratch sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis programming-matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi survei kebutuhan untuk memahami kebutuhan spesifik peserta, workshop intensif yang melibatkan praktik langsung dalam pembuatan materi berbasis Scratch, dan implementasi media yang dihasilkan dalam kelas. Hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan Scratch sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran matematika serta adanya peningkatan keterampilan berpikir komputasional di kalangan guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa Scratch efektif sebagai platform yang mendukung pembelajaran matematika yang inovatif dan berbasis teknologi, serta meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir komputasional guru dan, pada gilirannya, siswa.

Pengaruh Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi dengan Model Outdoor Modelling Mathematics terhadap Kemampuan Penalaran Matematis Siswa

Kurangnya kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa menjadi faktor belum tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Outdoor Modelling Mathematics terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa. Kami menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan desain Posttest-Only Control Grup Design. Kelas yang digunakan sebanyak dua kelas, yaitu kelas ekperimen dengan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Outdoor Modelling Mathematics dan kelas kontrol dengan penerapan pembelajaran kovensional. Kami menggunakan instrumen berupa lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan soal tes penalaran matematis. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik uji-T dan uji effect size. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Outdoor Modelling Mathematics memberikan pengaruh sangat besar terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis. Skor keterlaksanaan aktivitas guru dan siswa pada kedua kelas sampel berkategori sangat baik. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan model Outdoor Modelling Mathematics lebih berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik.

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in supporting student competency achievement at SMK 1 Perguruan Cikini Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, within the context of the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum from 2020 to 2024. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, allowing for an in-depth exploration of the experiences of both teachers and students in the learning process. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving teachers, students, and school management. The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role as facilitators, motivators, and evaluators in supporting the development of students’ cognitive, psychomotor, and affective competencies. The Merdeka Curriculum offers flexibility for teachers to design project-based learning strategies that are contextualized to industry needs and local characteristics. Although there has been a general improvement in student competencies, the study also reveals several challenges faced by teachers, such as limited training, gaps in technology integration, and the need for stronger institutional support. This research provides practical recommendations to enhance teacher professionalism and adaptive learning strategies to optimize the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in vocational schools. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating sustainable teacher capacity-building programs.

Komitmen kerja guru merupakan faktor krusial dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar. Rendahnya komitmen kerja guru dapat berdampak pada menurunnya kualitas pembelajaran dan pencapaian siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SDN se-UPTD Bambel Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja masing-masing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen kerja guru. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa guru lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dibandingkan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam meningkatkan komitmen kerja guru melalui pengembangan profesional dan kondisi kerja yang mendukung motivasi serta kepuasan kerja guru.

Understanding Mathematical Story Problems in Students with Dyslexia In the Context of Artificial Intelligence

This study was driven by the challenges dyslexic students face in understanding mathematical word problems, stemming from decoding, language processing, and neurological difficulties. The research aims to describe and examine how dyslexic students comprehend math word problems with support from the Game-Math TCM AI, which provides text-to-speech and visual manipulative features. This study employed a descriptive qualitative case study involving two sixth-grade students with dyslexia selected through screening tests. Before completing five addition and subtraction word problems, the students were introduced to the AI features used in the learning activities. Data were gathered from worksheets, screen recordings of student AI interactions, and semi-structured interviews. The analysis focused on four comprehension indicators: interpreting, classifying, inferring, and comparing. Findings show that text-to-speech assisted students in understanding the problem content (interpreting), while visual manipulatives supported their ability to identify and select the appropriate operations (classifying). Both features also helped students outline the steps toward conclusions (inferring), and the visual tools enabled them to verify their understanding (comparing). Overall, the combination of text-to-speech, visual manipulatives, and guided support reduced cognitive demands and strengthened dyslexic students’ understanding of math word problems through the Game-Math TCM platform.

Automatic pet feeder with client / server application

This project explains about designing and developing an automatic pet feeder that comes with the client/server application. Not like the ordinary pet feeding product in the market today that requires the user to set the times of feeding, this automatic pet feeder use the ultrasonic sensor that placed in front of the device to sense the presence of the pet. The purpose and concept of this project is the same with other device like it, to feed the pet without the present of the owner. This project was developed using Motorola MC68HC11A1P microcontroller that play the role as the main controller system. The microcontroller used in this project is programmed using assembly language. The microcontroller controls the rotation of the motor and send signal to the server computer to update the database at the server. The server and client application for this project is developed using Visual Basic 6.0 software. Finally, this project allows the user to view the information about the feeding from other computer where internet becomes the medium of interaction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kemampuan literasi matematis siswa SMP kelas IX melalui pembelajaran Outdoor Berbasis Modelling Mathematics pada materi kubus dan balok di SMP N 8 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan enam siswa sebagai subjek yang mewakili kategori kemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi pembelajaran, tes kemampuan literasi matematis, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi matematis siswa berkembang secara bertahap sesuai dengan sintaks pembelajaran. Kemampuan merumuskan masalah muncul ketika siswa mengamati dan memodelkan objek di lingkungan sekolah, kemampuan menggunakan konsep dan prosedur matematika terlihat saat siswa menyusun model dan melakukan perhitungan, sedangkan kemampuan menafsirkan hasil mulai tampak pada tahap presentasi dan refleksi, meskipun belum muncul secara merata pada seluruh siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Outdoor Berbasis Modelling Mathematics dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep matematika secara lebih kontekstual, namun tetap diperlukan pendampingan untuk menguatkan kemampuan menafsirkan hasil.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model PBL pada pembelajaran outdoor berbasis permainan tradisional benteng-bentengan terhadap kemampuan literasi matematis siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 8 Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan quasi eksperimental design dengan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan model PBL pada pembelajaran outdoor berbasis permainan tradisional benteng-bentengan, serta kelas kontrol yang mendapatkan pembelajaran model PBL. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes literasi matematis dalam bentuk uraian, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan angket respon siswa. Data tes dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan uji statistika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan literasi matematis antara siswa yang memperoleh model PBL pada pembelajaran outdoor berbasis permainan tradisional benteng-bentengan dengan siswa yang memperoleh model PBL.

From Qur’anic Values to Entrepreneurial Impact: Field-Based Case Studies of Islamic MSMEs in Indonesia and Nigeria

This study explores the application of Qur’anic values in entrepreneurial practices and their implications for micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia and Nigeria. Using a qualitative field-based approach supported by library research, five institutions were examined: KOMIDA, Pesantren Daarut Tauhiid, Warteg Syariah, Kampung Marketer, and Jaiz Bank. Findings show that values such as ṣidq (honesty), ʿadl (justice), amanah (responsibility), taʿāwun (mutual assistance), prohibition of riba, and pursuit of barakah are operationalized through mechanisms including interest-free microfinance, group accountability, transparent pricing, faith-based entrepreneurship education, and inclusive institutional financing. In Indonesia, these practices foster trust, solidarity, and sustainability among MSMEs, while in Nigeria, Jaiz Bank demonstrates institutional commitment by expanding sector-specific support. The study’s novelty lies in bridging normative Qur’anic ethics with cross-country empirical evidence, positioning Islamic entrepreneurship as an alternative development paradigm balancing profitability, sustainability, and spiritual accountability. The comparison specifically focuses on dialectics of applying Qur’anic values across different ecosystem dimensions in two distinct context. Practical recommendations include: 1) embedding Qur’anic ethics in entrepreneurship education, SME training, and halal branding and 2) emphasizing policy reforms such as zakat and waqf digitalization, Islamic microfinance strengthening, and aligning regulation with maqāṣid al-sharīʿah. These insights highlight the transformative potential of Qur’anic values in shaping ethical, inclusive, and resilient economic ecosystems.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peningkatan karakter kolaboratif siswa melalui penerapan permainan tradisional Bentengan secara outdoor dalam pembelajaran materi Persamaan Linear Satu Variabel (PLSV) di kelas VIII SMP. Karakter kolaboratif dianalisis pada aktivitas pembelajaran PLSV yang melibatkan proses pengumpulan data permainan, pemodelan masalah ke dalam bentuk persamaan linear satu variabel, diskusi penyelesaian, serta presentasi hasil kelompok. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods) dengan desain sequential explanatory. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui angket karakter kolaboratif pretest dan posttest, sedangkan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan karakter kolaboratif siswa pada indikator bekerja efektif dan saling menghargai dalam tim, fleksibel dan bersedia berkompromi, serta bertanggung jawab bersama dan menghargai kontribusi anggota kelompok. Temuan kualitatif menguatkan bahwa aktivitas penyusunan dan penyelesaian soal PLSV berbasis permainan Bentengan mendorong interaksi, komunikasi, dan kerja sama antarsiswa secara lebih aktif dan bermakna.
